And thank you for the compliment from the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel are always something to behold. The view from the window is unforgettable! Despite it being Easter, the street where the hotel is located was very quiet, without crowds of people.
Well, maybe they were missing a small table by the sofa, but we brought one from the bedroom and had a wonderful time.

The location couldn't be more central! We were able to go everywhere on foot. The best part is having your own bathroom accessible any time of day because your accommodation is always just round the corner. And we loved the staff! Every single member on duty over our 3-day stay was very warm and relaxed. Highly recommended.
This is not on the property, but the trade off of a location so central is that you don't have a moment of quiet. We were spared the brunt of it as we were on the 6th floor, but travelers with fragile sleep might not want to book any property around the main square in Florence.

We liked the location, separate bedrooms and baths to accommodate our group, and the staff is special. Their quick and attentive responses were so helpful and they are the kindest people.
Since it’s in the hub of action it was slightly noisy for those sleeping on the street side.
The location was incredible! Very central to all activities in Florence. We had a car and were able to park about 2 blocks away, which was easy. We had the Michelangelo room. Two bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment. One with a queen bed, the other with two single twin beds. That room overlooked the Duomo on 2 sides. Having 2 bathrooms was so nice since we had 2 teenagers with us. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be on the center of the action! Front desk staff were super nice. There is a small elevator which was nice to take luggage up to our room and we could fit 3-4 people in it at the end of a long walking day.

Ubicazione strategica, palazzo storico molto bello con arredi e complementi curati. Ingresso con reception, il personale è gentile, premuroso e molto attento alle tue esigenze. La camera Botticelli offre una vista mozzafiato sul Duomo e il Battistero. Comoda, super pulita e dotata di ogni comfort e una comoda cucina. Completano il tutto gli affreschi sul soffitto. Ottima esperienza, consiglio vivamente!

Un séjour absolument irréprochable. L’appartement, spacieux et parfaitement agencé, offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la Cathédrale Santa Maria dei Fiori, le Baptistère San Giovanni et le Campanile de Giotto — un cadre tout simplement unique.
La propreté est impeccable et rien ne manque : café, thé, vin, huile d’olive, produits du quotidien, eau fraîche à l’arrivée… jusqu’aux petites attentions comme les bouchons d’oreilles, qui témoignent d’un vrai sens du détail. La décoration est soignée, et l’ensemble du mobilier comme des équipements est en excellent état.
Florence est une ville splendide que nous avons eu grand plaisir à découvrir, et où nous reviendrons sans hésiter — dans cet appartement, sans aucun doute.

Leur présence, à la fois discrète et efficace, ainsi que leur gentillesse, ont largement contribué à la réussite de ce séjour.

Rien à signaler — l’appartement était parfait. Florence est une ville magnifique, vivante et particulièrement accueillante.
Seule petite interrogation amusée : nous nous sommes demandé à quel moment Florentins et visiteurs trouvent le temps de dormir… tant la ville semble animée du matin jusqu’au bout de la nuit !
