Pros:

We had a wonderful experience staying at the property. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore the city on foot. What really made the stay stand out, however, was the staff. Antonio was exceptional going above and beyond to assist us into a late night check in. Both him and the lady at the reception were incredibly welcoming and professional. They truly made us feel at home. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

I miei genitori hanno soggiornato presso la vostra struttura a inizio gennaio. Sono rimasti assolutamente meravigliati della bellezza del palazzo e della camera, dalla grande gentilezza dello staff e dalla centralità dello stabile che assicurava comodità e una vista mozzafiato di cui non hanno smesso di parlare per settimane. Vi ringrazio per l'ospitalità, non mancherà sicuramente occasione di tornare!

Pros:

위치가 너무 좋았고 시내 중심부지만 전혀 시끄럽지 않다. 숙소창문을 열면 대성당 앞 광장이 다 보여서 밖에 나가지 않고도 광장에서 일어나는 모든걸 느낄수 있었다.
(크리스마스 시즌이라 행사나 버스킹을 숙소에서 다 감상할수 있었다)
오래된 건물이지만 굉장히 관리가 잘 되어있었고 깨끗했다.
광장쪽 방이 크고 천고가 높아서 난방이 잘 되었음에도 추웠지만 다른 방과 주방, 거실은 충분히 따뜻했다.
주방시설도 만족스럽고 화장실 수압이나 물도 충분히 온수가 공급된다.
데스크에 직원이 있어서 도움을 받을수 있어 좋았다.
그리고 3명 모두 친절했다.
엘레베이터의 장점도 빼 놓을 수 없다.
피렌체에 다시 온다면 모든것이 갖춰진 이곳을 다시 예약할 것이다.

A brief but amazing stay that far exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Location was perfect and the staff was able to accommodate an upgrade at a reasonable price to a larger room with a view that made the visit one of our top of our trip.

Cons:

Everything was excellent, except for the weather, which wasn't under the apartment staff to control. :)

Posizione ottima - ci siamo stati per la maratona ed eravamo a due passi dall’arrivo. Lo staff molto disponibile e super cordiale. Una nota di merito a Sarah che è stata molto disponibile e gentile per custodire i bagagli dopo il checkout. Assolutamente consigliato

We stayed across the street from the Duomo. We were only in Florence for 3 days so being right in the heart of all the action was awesome.

Wonderful, our whole family was able to be on one floor and experience Florence together.
Pros:

The apartments were spacious and the location was central to many attractions.

The only suggestion I have is perhaps including balsamic vinegar with the olive oil.

As central as you can get it in historic Firenze
Pros:

Beliggenheten er helt eksepsjonell. ikke mulig å få det mer sentralt i Firenze. Taxi kjørte oss til døren (meget vennlig og service minded taxi). Det samme ved avreise. Verten har meget vennlig og forståelsesfull og viste stor fleksibilitet når vi ble forsinket fra flyet.

Cons:

veldig liten heis og lange tunge trapper til øverste etasje. men det er kanskje normalt i et så gammelt og historisk hus.

Overlooking el duomo but very loud at night you won’t get any sleep!

It’s over looking El Duomo. Nice staff

Cons:

It is extremely loud and night and earplugs will not help. The pillows are as thin as paper.
