Solo la ubicacion

Cons:

Para ducharse casi se quemaba uno pues el agua caía muy caliente y los agujeros de la ducha estaban tapados en su mayoría, la habitación era muy calurosa y el aire acondicionado portátil era muy ruidoso

Stratigically close to everything for a 2 night stay.
Pros:

The location was perfection! All major visiting sights are a short walk away. The Van Gogh themed cafe was pleasant and visually stimulating. We also liked the dehumidifier option in the room. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms were humid and a bit musty.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustaría, que se tomara en cuenta el tiempo que uno como turista se toma para esto, calificar o solicitar el motivo que uno se va a quedar allí y te lo tomen en cuenta como servicios al cliente ya que aveces uno va porque nos refieren o vemos algo bonito. Pero al llegar nos encontramos que esto nunca lo leeen y tienes experiencia de mal gusto, incluso tenemos que ser nosotros los cliente darle la observación a servicios al cliente que brinde el descuento ya que ustedes como administradores no le brinda la información o muestras eso ya que tuve esta experiencia.

Gente maravillosa
Pros:

La gente es super amable. Yair el cocinero me apoyo con mi SIM del teléfono, fue amabilísimo al igual que Ema la chica recepcionista. Cierran el portón principal pir la noche y te dan clave para ingresar.

Cons:

No tengo queja. Tuve excelente experiencia desde antes de llegar. Mantuvieron comunicación conmigo todo el tiempo y respondieron todas mis preguntas por WhatsApp.

La habitacion llena de mosquitos, el baño super pequeño, por ese precio esperaba algo mejor... solo la ubicacion es buena... todo lo demas es malo... no vuelvo ahi nunca mas

La habitacion, les dije que estaba llena de mosquitos y no hicieron nada, tuve que ir a comprar un repelente yo, la habitacion super pequeña, el tv se veia como en los años 70, horrible, solo como com 20 canales de antena, señores estamos con tecnologia de netflix, disney y ellos con señal de antena... por ese precio hubiera encontrado algo mejor.

El personal muy atento solo cuando llegamos, ya luego se les acabó la amabilidad, y me refiero a la dueña...

Cons:

Me contactaron diciendo que no podían garantizar mi reserva, si no pagaba por adelantado. En la página de Booking, no había ninguna información sobre pago por adelantado. Pésimo desayuno. Pedí un poco de pan, porque los 2 pedacitos de pan que venían con el desayuno estaban duros y me cobran Q9 por 3 pedacitos de pan que me trajeron.

The room size, lack of windows and fresh air, breakfast served was scaled down versus regular breakfast, strange process to wait for "grrr" sound to get hot water, no coffee maker, no fridge, water provided was very small and not exceptionally clean.

We enjoyed having the restaurant and bar right on the hotel premises. This was very convenient when arriving to an unfam

Staff was excellent. Answered questions and helped with anything that we needed

Cons:

A little noisy at night. We had some trouble prepaying with the options given, but everything worked out in the end.
