Good location. Bathrooms and electrical outlets need improvement.
Pros:

Hotel is in a prime location- just a short walk to the Parque Centrale. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Electrical outlets only worked on one side of the room. Lucky me, I brought a short extension cord. The bathroom was yucky. I tried to get hot water in the shower and was not successful. We were given a room in the front and we had a lot of street noise. We brought earplugs, so that was OK. Of note is that the noise died down around 11 PM, so overall, the noise was not too bad. I think the noise is to be expected if staying in the heart of the city. However, the electrical outlets and bathroom were not acceptable. Also, we were not given the WiFi password when we checked in and I ended up chasing down another guest to get it since no one was at the front desk around 11 PM.

First thing I saw when I got there, NO REFUNDS, well, I had already paid for my stay so I stayed

Pros:

Nice hotel, with helpful staff. They helped us orginize the transfer to the airport despite the challenges due to Easter holiday. Spacious room, with a rooftop restaurant. Great location, walkable distances.

Cons:

The air circulation wasn't great. It smelled a bit dumpy. The air condition had to be on all the time. Price was high due to Easter holiday.

Una Posada cerca de todo, en Antigua!
Pros:

El personal del hotel muy amables y atentos. Me facilitaron contratar transporte hacia la ciudad de Guate. La Ubicacion en Antigua es super!!

Cons:

Sugeriria mas control del ruido en los pasillos. Ya que cuando se esta en la habitacion se escucha todo lo de afuera y eso limita el descanso, de dia y noche.
