Meget venlig personale, klar til at hjælpe med stort og småt.

Cons:

Morgenmadsbuffet var skuffende. Variationen var okay, men selve produkterne var jævne og kvaliteten ikke-imponerende.
Værelset manglede lamper; natbordslampe og loftslys. Derudover virkede det som om, der var ribbet for alt andet end møbler.

Völlig okay für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man der Ausstattung an. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt war es für uns aber trotzdem völlig ausreichend, denn das Zimmer war ansonsten sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage im Zentrum super, aber dennoch ruhig und der kostenlose Parkplatz ideal. Das Frühstück bot uns genügend Auswahl und war voll ok.

Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs précédents. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient vastes, les lits confortables et, surtout, cela a été souligné, la situation est idéale au centre de Roskilde, un parking gratuit est réservé aux hôtes et le personnel est charmant.

Cons:

Il manquait une bouilloire dans la chambre et la moquette des couloirs mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Comfortable stay in beautiful Roskilde
Pros:

It was in a perfect location for our needs. It was great to have parking on site and the staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Our room was fine but a little basic and tired. The bathroom configuration was a little odd and cramped.

The room was terrible. It’s time for a renovation. Our room was dirty, the carpet was worn out and stained. The shower/bathtub had no water pressure. There were spider webs in the corners and it was generally very dirty.
