Pleasant
Pros:

Had a few issues with my room.
First room I was given had buckets and mops all over the floor (wasn’t ready).
Moved to another room. When returning that night the mechanism for the door was broken. Took 10 minutes to get the door open by management.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better.

Pros:

L'extérieur de l'hôtel qui doit être agréable au printemps et en été

Cons:

La mauvaise isolation phonique de la chambre (j'entendais une personne téléphoner et prendre sa douche).
L'équipement assez vieillot, notamment la douche qui présentait des traces (rouille).

La douche. Le flexible fuyait de partout. Pas vraiment digne d'un 4 étoiles

Personnel irréprochable mais hôtel un peu daté.
Pros:

Gentillesse et politesse du personnel, propreté irréprochable. J'ai aimé l'emplacement au centre ville et la mise a disposition du parking gratuit.

Cons:

Chambre dans son jus, années 1990. Premier nuit en chambre standard, bruyante. j'entendais mon voisin ronfler.
