Great staff great deals all inclusive best place in Ibiza

This was one of the greatest hotels I ever stayed in prices are good and the staff is the nicest staff and the number one reason that I was so happy. They were so kind considerate I felt like I was being a bit annoying had some trouble checking in they handled it with such professionalism. Sergio is great and I 100 percent see him being a future manager so respectful and accommodating handled everything with perfection. I met plenty of staff. I am very talkative and friendly and all of them truly were nice. Another that stuck out as well I do not remember his name, but if management sees this and gives credit th where credit is due he was a very nice young man tall and was in charge of the Baggs. If it helps to put a name in the face, he studied abroad in Brooklyn. He told me as he was bringing our bags up because I told him I was from American. Everyone please if you like all inclusive clean, clean hotel, nice people and a good staff and honestly a good deal for the price because if you use the three free dinners or even just have some drinks every day at the hotel, you’re saving so much thank you again, Sergio and my friend who helped me with my bags to the rest of the stuff. Keep up the good work.

The only thing that was wrong with the property was that the phone inside the hotel room kept dying

Terrible staff and its not check-out its kicked-out they have

check out process, repeat food, less options
at 12 noon they will disabled my room key, my kids still in room while i was taking out luggage and it was locked for long time while kids screaming inside. Upon complain they took no notice and no apologies, here is timeline.

11.45AM - they will call you to vacate.
11.55 AM- they visited my room to say vacate
12 noon- keys disabled when i was putting luggage out.

terrible behavior towards people from other cultures. No sympathy towards kids. I tried to give them feedback but i was simply ignored by the reception staff

café da manha com muitas opções e localização excelente dava para ir para algumas festas apé e para o centro de ibiza era 15minutos apenas de carro.

Ótima estadia, hotel seguro e bonito. Penso voltar, desta vez para o hotel irmão ao lado, o Select.
Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, a comida é boa e a praia fica mesmo em frente ao hotel, o que foi ótimo para nós, que preferimos a praia à piscina. É um hotel mais adulto, ao contrário do seu irmão ao lado, o Grand Palladium Select.

Cons:

Não gostei dos locais de comida ou snacks quando o restaurante fecha, porque chegámos depois do almoço e praticamente não havia quase nenhuma opção para comer. Tivemos de ficar à espera do jantar. Por outro lado, penso que faltam algumas atividades durante a semana.

Fine, but absolutely not worth the money

The hotel did the job - in that, the rooms were big and clean, the staff was kind, and the location was central enough.

Cons:

This was absolutely not worth the money. I would not call this hotel a 5 star hotel by any means - a 3.5 star, maybe a 4 star. I would have been happy if I had paid half as much per night. In addition to the overall feel just feeling way lower than a 5 star, the beds were uncomfortable, the all inclusive food and drinks were atrocious, and more.

Super Frühstück, Essen insgesamt wirklich gut. Drinks auch super

Leider keine Liegen & Service am Strand, deshalb auch sehr voller Pool.

Not worth the money but good location
Pros:

There was a sewage problem when we visited and the place stunk.

We had paid extra for garden view but we over looked the car park.

Het hotel op zich was ok maar ik ga niet terug.
Pros:

Het personeel met uitzondering van de receptie was TOP vriendelijk en zeer correct.
Het eten was zeer zeer lekker en goed gepresenteerd. Complimenten voor de chef!
De kamer was zeer goed en werd ook zeer goed gepoetst.

Cons:

Het personeel van de receptie spreekt voor 85% amper Engels. De aanvulling van de minibar liet zeer te wensen over. Het zwembad oogde niet proper. Mensen zitten uren met drankjes in het zwembad en komen er nooit uit. Ik moet hopelijk niet verder uitleg geven. Hier zou door het hotel moeten ingegrepen worden bv geen drank IN het zwembad.

Clean Hotel. Good food. Close to the airport and clubs.
Pros:

Great food selection. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tea & Coffee facilities in the room. Great location being only 10 mins transfer from airport.

Cons:

I don't think it was a 5*. If you go into places like Bless and Destinos you know it's a 5* resort. This is a good 4*.
