Great stay for a grown up family.
Pros:

Varity of food was great Pools where fantastic room was clean and good value.

Absolutely Disgusting – A $438 Nightmare

I RARELY write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable.

After my daughter missed her flight in Ibiza, I urgently booked a room at Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa because I believed it would be a safe, clean place for her to spend the night. Instead, it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The moment she entered, she found insects throughout the room. She sent me videos and photos that honestly made me feel sick to my stomach. The walls showed visible mold, the towels appeared moldy and had hair on them, and the overall cleanliness was shocking. The bed and room were in such poor condition that she was terrified to touch anything.

She was so uncomfortable and frightened that she didn’t sleep at all. She spent the entire night awake, waiting until around 4:00 a.m. to leave the room and sit in the lobby before going straight to the airport. She didn’t even feel safe enough to take a shower.

For an all-inclusive resort charging $438 for a single night, this level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness is the absolute minimum guests should expect, and this hotel failed miserably.

This experience caused my daughter unnecessary stress and anxiety at a time when she was already dealing with the frustration of missing her flight. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this property to anyone. The hotel should be ashamed to rent rooms in this condition.

Puikus viešbutis. Skanus įvairus maistas. Profesionaliai teikiamos paslaugos. Ideali vieta (šalia oro uosto, prie nuostabaus smėlio paplūdymio). Skaidrus šiltas jūros vanduo. Maloniai praleistas laikas. Verta sugrįžti.

Pros:

Resenha sincera: Gostei da recepção, da limpeza e da diversidade de comida! Os funcionários são super solícitos e educados! Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. As bebidas dos bares muito bem preparadas! Chegamos um pouco mais cedo e eles guardaram nossas malas e tambem anteciparam nosso checkin! Sobre as comidas: vejo MUITAS pessoas falando que falta opção na piscina entre as refeições, mas nao é verdade. Perto do bar do lobby tinha uma geladeira com opções de snacks e lanches frios e tambem ao lado tinha uma estufa com lanches quentes (hamburguer, hotdog ...) ja na area da piscina, havia um trailer que servia snacks (tacos, nachos e outras opções) havia outro ponto que servia pizza feita na hora. Fora os restaurantes.
Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Resort incrivel! Atendimento incrivel. Viajei no mes de junho/26.

Não existem pontos negativos, apenas uma sugestão: Divulguem mais os pontos de snacks, pois percebo que muitas pessoas reclamam de falta de comida, pois nao encontraram esses pontos!

Pros:

Cercherò di essere il più dettagliato possibile, soprattutto per i gruppi di ragazzi/e che desiderano fare una vacanza, premetto di aver prenotato con la formula all inclusive. La struttura è ben organizzata, le stanze sono ampie, è dotata di un buffet perfetto per ogni evenienza, alla sera è perfetto per mangiare qualcosa prima di andare a fare serata(apre alle 19). Piscina ampia, spiaggia privata, asciugamani inclusi e si possono cambiare anche più volte al giorno(teli mare). Per quanto riguarda gli alcolici con la forma all inclusive sono tutti compresi, é perfetta per chi non vuole spendere 25€ in discoteca. Unica pecca per dei ragazzi giovani è che la struttura è frequentata da tantissime famiglie, non mancano i gruppi di ragazzi/e, ma sono in numero molto inferiore. In ogni caso per una soggiorno ad Ibiza la struttura è perfetta e il personale è veramente cortese.

In the pictures it has a view of the ocean from the room but upon arrival the ocean was only visible from the balcony

Pros:

Although I don’t think the hotel is necessarily 5* it is very affordable for an all-inclusive in a good location. Was very happy with the branded drinks also.
