Not like the last time. Travel Club changes.
Pros:

I am writing this as a Travel Club Member of 12 years. This was the most disappointing trip as a club member. Plane was a hour late getting in and when we cleared Customs and Immigration our private transport arranged by the club had left. $300.00 later for a one-way trip to the Palladium we had made it. It was late but the club had us change our membership to some new rewards program. No more free excursions or Palladium money. Then just sent to our room. Beach front. Not! It is closest to the sorghum covered beach, but the view is Mango trees only. No Beach. Picture show's view.

The food was very good at Portofino when you could get a reservation. Never made it to the steak house this time. Buffets we constantly running out of food and had to wait to be replenished. It was a bit of a mad house. Just get there early. If it 7:00 pm be prepared to wait. We tried all the buffets, and we felt the best was at the Colonial.

Always got a welcome plater and a bottle or two but this time nothing. This all seems to be cheapening out on everything now.
The room was nice and clean. Sometimes had trouble getting clean towels but $5.00 a day tip did the trick for beer and towels.

It was very quiet where we were I'll say that. Sometime the house cat would meow in the hall, and you could hear that.

The shows were good and lively by POP and we also had pool entertainment. The grounds and pools were very nice.

As a club member we had Travel Club carts with top shelf booze like Don Julio and Patron come around with shots for members. A cart came buy with 1800 and I got a small shot $8.00. What! There was not top shelf I could find. They said top shelf but never heard of the brands they were touting.

Being a club member now is not the perk it used to be. I will finish of the weeks I have left and that will be it. As a club members we have been Dominican once, Jamaica three times and Mexico twice. Who know where I will go next.

We always come back
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa and were thoroughly impressed throughout.
The hotel itself is excellent, with great facilities and a fantastic atmosphere. The food was consistently high quality, offering a wide variety in the main restaurant along with several excellent à la carte options that really enhanced the overall dining experience.
What really stood out to us, however, was the professionalism of the management team. They were visible, approachable and clearly take great pride in running a well-organised hotel. Their leadership is reflected in the smooth day-to-day operation and the high standards maintained across the resort.
The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The location is also ideal, especially with Ushuaïa just a short walk away.
An all-round excellent stay — we would happily return and highly recommend it to others visiting Ibiza.

Excellent
Pros:

We’ve just enjoyed a brilliant stay at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa and were genuinely impressed throughout.

The hotel itself is superb, with excellent facilities and a great atmosphere. The food was a real highlight — a wide selection available every day, plus several fantastic à la carte restaurants that offered something a little extra. Quality and variety were consistently spot on.

Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and extremely accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed.

The location is another big plus, especially with Ushuaïa Ibiza just a short walk away — perfect if you want to mix relaxation with Ibiza’s lively scene.

A wonderful stay all round and somewhere we’d happily return to.

Perfect family holiday
Pros:

We stayed at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa as a family in May 2025 and had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived.

The hotel strikes a great balance between being lively and family-friendly. The facilities were excellent and everything was kept spotless. The food was one of the standout features for us — a really good variety in the main restaurant and some lovely à la carte options that made the evenings feel extra special. There was something for everyone, which is always important when travelling as a family.

The staff were genuinely warm, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They were always on hand to assist and made us feel very welcome.

Another great stay
Pros:

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa and couldn’t fault it.

The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The food was excellent, with a great variety each day and some brilliant à la carte restaurants that really elevated the experience. There was always plenty of choice, and the quality was consistently high.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating – nothing was too much trouble, which made the whole stay even more relaxing.

The location is also perfect, especially if you’re planning to visit Ushuaïa Ibiza – it’s just a short walk away, making it ideal for combining luxury relaxation with Ibiza’s famous party scene.

We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Nightmare
Pros:

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. It is NOT 5 star! We were there during storms and it was an absolute shambles. No regard for health and safety. They expected patrons to wade through knee high sewage water to get anywhere. The restaurants, bars and pools were closed. We were stranded in the room for 30 hours with barely any food or drink. No one was answering the phone at reception and there was no communication at all from staff. We were exhausted and I was vomiting. We FINALLY got moved to the Hard Rock which was apparently closing that day for rebranding…under the Palladium group I believe. The food options, selection and quality were limited. The bar staff treated us like second class citizens; slamming our drinks down and refusing to give us our drinks of choice. Utterly disgraceful service. Complained to Jet2 holidays about the way we were treated and that the holiday was ruined. Not, may I add, by the weather but by the utter mismanagement of the situation. Jet2 holidays disappointedly came back with a poxy offer of £150!!!! I am now taking this further.
Do not waste your money on this place or jet2.

Pleasant enough but not a 5 Star hotel
Pros:

Location very conveniently located next to the airport so it was a short taxi ride.
Right on the beach.
Food was good and plenty of freshly prepared options

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected, dark, facing the hotel eating area. Not much storage for 3 of us so my kids lived out of their cases.
Had the feel of a PI room (well known British chain of mid range hotels).
Pool and sunbed area way too small for the number of people. Couldn't get a sunbed after mid morning. I didn't go in the pool at all and my kids only used it once.
