Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, le buffet, les restaurants à la carte. La qualité des lits.

Cons:

L'isolation de la chambre, trop près de l'aéroport du coup chaque avion qui décolle vous l'entendez très fort. Vraiment dommage.

Hotel was awesome, one factor not under the hotel's control wasn't

Loved the staff, quality of service and products and facilities.

Cons:

Our view (bottom floor, sea) was obstructed by stacked bedframes on a hill which overlooked the sea. On a daily basis there was a crew (not part of the hotel) adding more stuff which meant our view was obstructed, and we couldn't really spend time in our garden area peacefully.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location good

Cons:

Paid for a pool view room but didn’t get it was told the hotel was full to capacity and the 1st room stank of drains. We got moved to another room that didn’t smell but the view was of a roof was really unhappy about this and wouldn’t stay here again as a result and they wasn’t apologetic either. Shame because the hotel was nice other than this.

Pros:

El trato de todo personal inmejorable, realmente aprecias la buena disposición de todo el personal por atendernos perfectamente. Y las instalaciones amplias, cómodas y completas. Hemos disfrutado mucho del hotel.

Cons:

La comida. Aunque había mucha variedad podía ser mejorable la calidad sobre todo en cuanto a carnes y pescados. Creo que no guarda relación con el resto del hotel. Buffet muy abundante y variado pero calidad mejorable para un hotel de esta categoría.

Einfach klasse
Pros:

Man kann hier die Hotelkomplexe White Island und Selection komplett nutzen.
Sieben Restaurants, acht Bars und drei Pools.
Zusätzlich gibt es in der Sortsbar 24/7 Essen und trinken. Die Lobbybar des White Island hat ebenso 24/7 gelffne.

Cons:

Im Hoteleigenen Shop sind die Waren leider nicht mit Preisen versehen.
Da kann man nachbessern, dies würde den Einkauf wesentlich erleichtern.

goed, maar geen wow gevoel dat je verwacht van een 5-sterren hotel

Mooie lobby en restaurant-gedeelte. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid.

Cons:

slaapbank voor 3de persoon was ondermaats. Dit is goed voor een klein kindje, maar niet geschikt voor een 3de volwassene. Het avondbuffet was opmerkelijk minder dan buffet voor lunch

The best Ibiza experience u will find for a great price!
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely amazing !
Comfortable, the food was amazing, the staff super friendly and helpful from the door to the room service, me and my friends were very well looked after!

Cons:

Nothing, we loved every single bit! Definitely coming back!
