Great location and great food
Pros:

Great resort. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptional. Within walking distance to Ushuaïa and has an amazing beach on the doorstep

Cons:

We had an issue with our shower and the sink in the bathroom was leaking. Although someone was sent to fix it twice, the problem continued. Staff could’ve also have been nicer at times

Pros:

La formule all inclusive, la nourriture est variée et bonne.

Cons:

Le service de l’hôtel n’est pas a la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, on est plus sur 3/4 étoiles.
Les deux premiers jours pas de serviettes de plage disponibles. Le gel douche pas rempli malgré plusieurs demandes

Très décevant pour un 5★, loin du niveau de confort et de service attendu.
Pros:

Restauration au buffet : rien à redire, qualité et choix satisfaisants.

Cons:

Chambre : literie très inconfortable. La chambre disposait également d’une porte communicante avec la chambre voisine, ce qui entraînait une nuisance sonore très importante. Nous avions véritablement l’impression que les occupants de la chambre voisine étaient dans la nôtre, tant les bruits résonnaient. Le problème était particulièrement pénible lorsque les personnes rentraient de boîte de nuit vers 6 h du matin.
Piscine : dès 10 h du matin, il n’y avait déjà plus de serviettes disponibles. Nous avons dû solliciter la direction dès le deuxième jour afin de pouvoir en obtenir. Par ailleurs, les transats étaient extrêmement rapprochés les uns des autres, ce qui rendait l’espace piscine peu agréable.
Restaurants buffet : les horaires proposés sont peu adaptés aux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Le service étant accessible à partir de 13 h seulement, il est difficile de déjeuner dans des conditions adaptées avec de jeunes enfants.
Restaurants à la carte : ils sont accessibles uniquement sur réservation. Malgré la courte durée de notre séjour, nous avons réussi à obtenir une réservation pour un soir dans le restaurant italien. En revanche, nous n’avons pas pu choisir librement entre les trois restaurants à la carte, ce qui limitait fortement le choix proposé

A good hotel but didn't feel like a 5 star all inclusive resort.
Pros:

The food and staff were good. The location next to the beach was also good.

Cons:

The room was quite small and only had x2 single beds and a chair which opened up into a bed. As we were a family of four, it was unfair we had to break up the family into two separate rooms. Considering this was an all inclusive hotel, it was very disappointing that the alcoholic drink measurements included little alcohol measures and watered down. Despite drinking numerous cocktails, we weren't feeling any change. In the end, we preferred to go to the Tanit Beach Club for drinks and atmosphere as this was more enjoyable. The only time music was being played around the pool was when a fitness class was happening. The rest of the time, was quite boring.
