Enjoyable stay - room for improvement.
Pros:

A good location with helpful reception and restaurant staff. The breakfast was very good. Comfortable bed. Relaxed atmosphere around the pool areas, which were suitable for adults and children.

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. A big crack in our washbasin basin, small tiles coming off the bottom of the pool. A huge amount of unsanitary plastic debris along the shoreline. I understand that the hotel does not own the beach but I am pretty sure that no guest wants to walk through significant amounts of plastic waste in order to start their water based activities; the hotel should invest in the beachfront location and employ staff to clean up this unpleasant spectacle.

Pros:

Amazing location, clean beach, enough of swimming pool area and lounging areas with sun loungers.
The Corona bar also brings a real plus to the resort, good cocktail, amazing view, ok food. sad that the bar pool side is close.
Good breakfast. Good surf school as well in the hotel.

Cons:

Some staff were nice (reception & housekeeper) but others rather rude or not even polite (especially outdoor). The pool could do with a thorough cleaning, with google you will notice a yellowish color. They only do an average cleaning for dirt, but during the day... which isn't the most practical... could be done when the pool is closed (6/7pm)
The pool is also not reserved for hotel guests, but for anyone walking on the beach can join, so this is to be expected.

Quiet and Spacious
Pros:

The large spacious rooms were perfect for staying with teens. The hotel was located in a quiet and peaceful area. The Thai restaurant was amazing and were careful to prepare dishes according to allergies. The pools were clean and the evening foam party was added fun. The only downside was there were limited dining options and no pool bar to order drinks or food while swimming.

Pros:

很棒的住宿体验。酒店所处神州半岛水质十分清澈，人不像三亚那么多，酒店设施和价格全是匹配，服务还行。与喜来登共享私属沙滩，很惬意。需要提升的是餐饮品类，自助餐种类不多，且每天内容一样，缺乏新意。总体很不错，很满意的一次出行。

Pros:

住的最普通的标准大床房，发现是两个屋子连通的，平时联通门锁上就成了两间。这种房隔音非常不好，隔壁南方人嗓门太大了，熊孩子还时不时狂拽门锁挺烦人的，楼上拉拽椅子的声音特别明显，隔音真是超差！晚上11点隔壁还在大声喧哗，实在忍不住了达到前台投诉，很快有人处理了，之后又致电给我问还吵不吵，这个很好，要不然我真要评3分了。海滩很好，泳池比喜来登多样化。有个温水池正在换水没用上，遗憾了！

酒店不錯，性價比高，適合一家大小。除了店內餐廳還可以在旁邊的喜來登消費。酒店附近有餐飲，十分方便！小朋友十分喜歡，下次還會選擇這裡。

Excellent stay but location is a bit inaccessible
Pros:

The rooms were huge, very clean and very comfortable. Worth the money! The international breakfast was great as it includes a well mixture of western and Chinese food.
However, the location is a bit off the town. We hired a local tour guide so it was totally fine for us.
I have encountered problem with the online booking and the staffs told us that we booked 7rooms instead of 5. So I would advice everyone to check wth the hotel staff upon arrival.
