Breathtaking piece of history
Pros:

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. And the staff were absolutely amazing. It’s a real paradise and stunningly curated. It feels like stepping into a fairytale.

Cons:

We ordered a suite and felt that for the extra money we were expecting something a little more opulent. The room was beautiful but felt a little cramped compared to some of the other rooms.

The place is beautiful in every way. The way it's decorated, the view, the amenities, and every room is so unique.

Cons:

The stairs. I stayed in what would be the 3rd floor, and the stairs can be a lot. Especially after walking up the stairs in the street.

The property is gorgeous but the staff make this hotel. Absolutely perfect service at every level, and graciously authentic. Every single interaction was a pleasure. We came because it looked beautiful but we’ll come back because of the people. We actually already came back since our first stay last week 😆 love love love it here.

A one of a kind botique hotel with tons of character and centrally located!
Pros:

What an exceptional property! Me and my wife celebrated our anniversary in the San Miguel Presidential Suite…amazing. The large ocean view patio, the rooftop hot tub, the views, the location, the wonderful staff, the well appointed suites and grounds. Truly a special place!

My only mistake was not staying longer
Pros:

This was the last stop on a 3 hotel PV vacation - the day before we checked in my wife jokingly said “this place better be perfect”- someone how expectations were exceeded!!!! The staff were amazing and friendly , the food was great and every brink in that building was perfection. Sitting on a covered porch, surrounded by antiques and artwork , watching the rain hit the ground level pool, while drinking a margarita, felt like a little slice of perfection - my family will be back and for more days!!!! Thank you for an incredible 2 days!!!!!

It felt like you were staying inside someone’s house instead of a hotel, but with all the hotel amenities. It was a great experience; very quiet. There weren’t any kids when we went. We had the San Jose suite which was at the highest level. You have the option to eat the continental breakfast anywhere in the Hacienda. Ad was a little deceiving because it isn’t on the beach and there is no gym. There aren’t any elevators; except for the Michelin star restaurant.
