Pros:

Staff was attentive and cheerful. Helped with my bag and getting in to room as steps were difficult for me. Changed smoke detector batteries when it was chirping

Cons:

Entrance steps were difficult for me…..we were creative to get me into room.

非常失望。希望平台或者相关行业协会可以约束酒店尽快整改，这个空调不仅仅是我和女儿住的房间才有的，大概率其他房间也是不合规安装。
Pros:

我们从加拿大多伦多自驾到美国，这里是我们停留的第一个地点。本次住宿的位置还是不错的，不难找，停车也是方便的。

Cons:

这个酒店最大的问题是安全性严重缺失，酒店的窗户上安装的空调没有做任何的固定，只是用上下推拉的窗户夹住，导致我在开关窗户的时候空调机直接跌落，非常危险，险些被砸伤。酒店居然会有如此不符合安全规范的安装，我对摔下来之后的空调机进行了整个检查，没有找到有任何固定装置的痕迹。而且在事发后酒店无法做出任何响应，事后也没有任何答复和处理，非常令人失望。这样的酒店应该无法通过相关行业或地方管理机构的安全检查，完全不建议放置到三方平台上销售，尤其对于带儿童的家庭，非常不可靠，严重不推荐。

The room inside is quite old, it is in poor condition than a 1-2star motel.
Stained towels, bathtub is not in good condition and road side room.

Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed here. The location in the heart of Saranac Lake is wonderful base for countless outdoor activities we enjoy such as hiking and kayaking. It is walkable to stores and restaurants. The rooms are clean and neat, the Adirondack style signs for the rooms named after the mountains and saranac.lake area attractions are charming. It is nice to be on lake flower with ability to launch kayak from there. The staff ane kind and helpful. But the best part is the beds! The beds and the bedding are so comfortable and wonderful to sink into after a day of hiking. This hotel is a great value !

It was good and central to downtown and other areas.
Pros:

The location was great amd the staff was terrific and helpful. The rate was more than competitiv I did think we were going to have a microwave and fridge which we did not.

Cons:

Our specific room #54 was a little close to the road and we had lots of traffic noise. The bathroom floor corners were pretty dirty and dusty. The shower was great, plenty of hot water but you should know that literally half the water went straight down the drain because the pull up valve didn’t work property. It was wasting ALOT of water. I’d check it out.

Horrible stay away

Cons:

Dirty, smelled, fridge didnt work and was moldy, shower was moldy too. Large white stain on the curtain, and brown stain on the sheet. Bed sank in the center. Only hotel room that didnt have an ac. We left around midnight to sleep in our van. Wifi didnt work and that was the only way to watch tv.

Huge disappointment
Pros:

This was a major disappointment. At check in another couple was having an issue with the room they were assigned. Rather than acknowledging me and saying I will be with you soon. The desk clerk totally ignored me for over 15 minutes whilst twice leaving the office and going to show this couple the rooms available vs the room they specifically requested. Once we got to the room, we discovered our “lake front patio room “ was actually a room with a view of the lake through a dirty picture window and the “patio” was actually on the bottom side of the building next to the garage door and driveway to the place they stored their lawn equipment. The patio furniture was two plastic Adirondack chairs, one of which was broken! The room itself was not at all appealing. 2 beds, table and 2 chairs, one working lamp, microwave and refrigerator perched on a luggage rack. TV did not work. Keurig did not work. Bath tub moldy, plastic shower curtain moldy, hot water took forever to reach the room. The most antiquated shower spout ever. The ice machine was locked in a room next to the office and appeared to be unplugged. We spent a considerable amount of time going back and forth to the nearby McDonalds for coffee and ice for our drinks. DEFINITELY give this place the lowest rating possible.

We would not stay here again. Very disappointing.
Pros:

The waterfront room was nice. However, the grassy path was literally covered in dog droppings.

There was a CONSTANT drip in the shower-

We came in after dark and there was NO LIGHTING down the steps to our room.

Cons:

No ice available

Had to ask for soap? Not even ANY to wash our hands after using the bathroom?
No shampoo/body wash for showering? We had to ask.
It was noisy above us. Voices, footsteps etc

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Beautiful views from the balcony, room was clean

Cons:

Non working TV, took a day to fix, door locks were questionable, old school key to get into room, anyone can copy these.
