The General Manager Tim is the most attentive, helpful, enthusiastic, and considerate hotel staff member I've ever met, and I've stayed in luxury hotels. He really cares about the guest experience. All the staff is warm and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. My king bed mattress was much more comfortable than Sleep Inns I've stayed in on the east coast. The bed was perfectly made, clean, and fresh. In-room microwave and mini fridge were clean, modern, and worked well. The air conditioner is very effective. Well-lit and safe parking lot. Carpets are clean. Shower is much larger than other Sleep Inns I've stayed in. Unlike some hotels, all the A/C outlets worked, and I had plenty of convenient outlets to charge my iPhone, laptop, extra batteries, etc. Good lamp lighting and natural light from window. In-room wifi works well, and I was able to stream YouTube videos. They serve a free breakfast and even some dinner, but I was not available to check those out. My only notable wish is for nicer towels, as the towels were a bit thin and feel cheap. But the towels are clean and well-maintained. A great option for an affordable hotel.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Check in was great (Fast and Easy). Sorry I don’t remember the guys name at check in but he was friendly, professional and well trained. I like this property and have stay here a few times. Only issue I have is the buffet needs to be monitored better. Last two times I stayed either the bacon was empty, bread or fruit and no one around to ask about it.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay. Room was quiet and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels, soap, etc…

I was charged an extra $20.00 for arriving at 1pm. We just needed to leave our things and medication so it would sit in our car in the heat. The room was available, but charged an additional $20.00 without a receipt. Then the small room fridge had a broken piece laying inside the fridge that supposed to hold cans. We did not have can but a 1Liter of Sprite that we placed in fridge. I was called with numerous call and voice messages and finally returned call that the housekeeper found broken part in fridge. I kindly explained that piece was laying inside the fridge when we opened it. Report of the piece that was found laying inside the fridge would be reported to the supervisor. Call was ended.

We met Tatum at the front door and she made our check in so easy. We had to quickly book a second room and she was able to get us in the same floor with our elderly father. The friendliness and customer service was top notch! Our beds were incredible comfortable. The hotel was quiet. And our house keeping service was outstanding!

Nice staff, clean and comfortable room.

We are quite pleased with our room. My husband and I are mobility impaired so we much prefer a walk in shower. Melinda called me to make sure of our needs, and upgraded our room to a suite to accommodate us.
The suite is very comfortable, the bed is heavenly and everything very clean.
My only criticism is the lack of grab bars in the bathroom.
