Upset and sad guest

The Jacuzzi tub that was in the room.

Cons:

When we checked in the first room they gave us was wrong and then they made us pay more money then booking.com had shown us. They should honor the price if that is what is expected. The only reason I booked this hotel was because of the tub and the price. If that's how they r gonna treat their guest and not honor the prices that's online then I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Good price but bring your own breakfast.
Pros:

Good price, good location. The gentleman there at check in was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast very was poor, we had a party of 5 and there were only two cups of yogurt, not enough oatmeal, the cereal was pointless as what little milk they had was sour. I told the gentleman at the counter but he didn’t bring out any more. Of the three rooms, one did not have hot water.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Absolutely nothing. The facililty was filthy

Cons:

The hotel house keeping was absolutely terrible. Cigarette burns in the carpet, mold/mildew around bathtub and on bathroom floor. What looked like water damage on the ceiling, sometype of fluid splashed all over the outside of the bathroom door, there was a huge gap between the door and door frame where you could see plan as day to the parking lot. The customer service was terrible they did not offer us a different room or anything until we checked out because they didnt take us seriously about the issues with the room. They fought with me on a refund as well. There was large amounts of bird feces all over stair hand rails.

No remote in room went to desk 2 times neither remote would work young man very nice tried to help. Went back 3rd time different guy said he would find another remote my husband went to desk man at desk said he would find another one finally at 8:20 to 8:30 he knocked on the door we where in bed so we didn’t answer. Not very happy with our stay. We have stayed there several times. This was the worst ever. Fill like we should be compensated for the time there.

Worst ever will not be back

The fire alarm going off basically from 1:30am-5:30 am, the room was absolutely filthy, first time I could see under a hotel bed and it was nothing but trash, WiFi wouldn’t stay connected more then 10 minutes at a time and the tv cord was so wore out it continuously backed itself out of the socket

it was a very uncomfortable stay no hot water, had to keep getting my key rekeyed, windows had tape on them the outside
Pros:

the location was great, the staff was very helpful and polite

Cons:

no hot water, rooms are run down the bed was had a board under its feet to keep level, the hotel is really run down and out dated
