The worst bedding experience of my life. Mattress and pillow were terribly uncomfortable. Limited amount of towels, no tissue. Wouldn’t return again to this location

El hotel no es lo que se ve en las fotos, no me gustó, la chica de recepción si fue muy amable y atenta. El hotel está cerca al centro caminando unos 15 minutos.

Nice room with balcony.

Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe.
Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc
Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town.

Very clean room. We had a 4th floor room overlooking the Cathedral. Great view but low attic ceiling. Small room. Great, modern bathroom. Quiet.

Very disappointed with our stay…..the room was okay, but the staff was not overly friendly and very disappointed that there was no AC in the room and also NO ice available…..would not return to this location again…..Hotels.com please note on this site that AC is not available & also no ice

Staff was friendly and hotel room very clean.

A lovely place to stay-in the quieter area of Reims but just a 10 minute walk away from the centre. Close to lots of local amenities. A very clean and well appointed room and bathroom. Kitchenette was very useful.

It was an in expensive place to stay. A short cab ride to shops and restaurants. There are a few things within walking distance. The hotel sells pizza. Don’t do it. I was too The girl at the desk accidently dropped it in the box. It was mangled. She offered to make me another but I was too tired and took it as is. It was terrible. Other than that the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Clean and basic but great for a night or two

Friendly staff, great breakfast options. A little off the main area, but easily walkable.

Excellent location and VFM … sofa bed a bit hard tbf maybe better for youths next time.

We woke up without electricity or water due to a supposedly planned inspection but no one told us and they pretend it was signs on the elevator and the reception but we must have been blind because they were no signs and we took the stairs. The receptionist said nothing of the sort when we checked in. The washing machine is connected, via an app to a different site and we lost our money. Finally when it worked the dryer was broken and we had a load of wet clothes to go home. To be fair the night receptionist had pity on us and used the personal’s dryer to dry them. I contacted the washing machine company and they did not respond. The hotel denied any responsibility. Neither for the lack of communication or their defect laundry. The location is great. The amenities poor, it is cheap but I do not recommend it to anyone.

I stayed solo for 1 night.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I'm driving around France so having a kitchenette to prep food was very useful too.
The place is clean, quiet and a short walk to the city centre.

Great check in and check out with an efficient and courteous team. The room and equipment was exactly what I needed and expected. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was very clean and exactly like on the description. Very closed to the city main attractions, basic in terms of decoration but very well equipped. Very good value for money. There is also a parking right at the corner.

No AC was brutal, but overall a good property. Big rooms and cute balcony.

Hotel room was fine, was able to get portable aircon for 2nd night, but it didn't cool much.

The entry/reception/signage really need work. It really lets the hotel down.
Also annoying having the outside tables where people smoke right near the front door.

Great and clean property wry well situated. Good prices as well.
