Η χρέωση της διαμονής κατά την άφιξη παρόλο που έδειξα απόδειξη ότι είχαν ήδη πληρώσει το σύνολο της διαμονής. Στην αρχή μου είπαν ότι θα με χρεώσουν ένα ποσό για την καθαριότητα το οποίο θα το επιστρεφαν με την αναχώρηση, αλλά τελικά με χρέωσαν ξανά όλη την διαμονή. Μετά από παράπονα είπαν ότι θα την επιστρέψουν άμεσα, το οποίο δεν έγινε ποτέ και τα χρήματα επιστράφηκαν 10 ημέρες μετά το check out. Όλο αυτό μου δημιούργησε μεγάλο πρόβλημα στην διαμονή μου. Επίσης η υπάλληλος που ευθυνόταν για την χρέωση ήταν αγενής όταν της ζήτησα επανειλημμένα να βρει λύση. Δεν θα το προτιμήσω ξανά για την διαμονή μου.

Snow removal efforts need to be addressed

Decent breakfast

Cons:

Snow removal was very bad. Not enough effort was put into making sure the parking lot was clear. The property across the street had a very very clear parking lot this morning. I had a very hard time getting my car out.

Good stay and great staff
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean rooms and close to everything

Cons:

Highway in the back of the rooms. Hallway and elevator were really hot

Very nice stay will book there again.
Pros:

The bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The ice machine on my floor was not working and the floor A/C made alot noise when trying to turn on for heat.

Cons:

I stayed for 2 nights. I had multiple complaints about the room right above me. The room above me had a child that was running and job constantly. I called 5 times the first night and it finally stopped about midnight and then I had to call and complain 3 times the second night before it stopped. I was not given a compensation for the bad stays and I feel they should have moved the people to another room since they continued to cause a disruption
