Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und das Hotel ist auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik, ohne am altehrwürdigen Charm verloren zu haben. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen sind einmalig. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit wurde toll gelöst, da das Hotel direkt im historischen Viertel liegt und ein Fahrverbot herrscht. Man wird auf einen 150m entfernt gelegenen hoteleigenen Parkplatz gelotst von dem man dann mit einen Golfcart auf Wunsch abgeholt wird.

Super schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage
Pros:

Es war perfekt. Super schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage.
Nachdem ich mit meinem ersten Zimmer nicht zufrieden war, wegen sehr hoher Geräuschkulisse, bekam ich am nächsten Tag ein anderes, sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind schön, gut ausgestattet und beinhalten alles, was man braucht. Nur die Minibar war nicht gefüllt. Brauchte ich aber ohnehin nicht.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sogar Prosecco steht bereit, wobei der etwas abgestanden war.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn es um Bus- und Fährverbindungen geht.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt und wunderschön. Nahe der Busstation, 3 Min. zum bewachten Hotelparkplatz. Ich habe das Auto die ganze Zeit nicht genutzt, weil man mit dem Bus überall hin kommt.
Für mich der perfekte Platz zum Abschalten und als Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Ok, Garda ist noch zentraler gelegen. Aber wenn man es etwas überschaubarer und ruhiger möchte, ist Torri del Benaco perfekt.
Ich komme ganz sicher wieder!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn überhaupt, nur, dass der sehr distanzierte Kellner an der Bar ruhig mal lächeln könnte.

Fabulous location and a wonderful classic hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

Loved the location, loved the breakfasts. Loved that it was an original old Italian hotel with service to match. The ladies in the dining room at breakfast were so helpful and wonderful at their jobs. Doreen and Martina at reception were very welcoming.
Having parking so close to the hotel was a real bonus. It’s a short walk from the car park to the harbour where the hotel is located. Keep an eye out for the car parking on the righthand side just before the post office as you come from the Garda direction. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

No air conditioning in October as per local regulations - room was warm particularly as the heating came on during the night and Martina in reception, kindly arranged for us to have a fan in our room.

Great location. A lovely place to sit and watch the sunset with a drink. Breakfast staff are pleasant.

The accommodation came highly recommended by a friend and had great reviews so we were disappointed when we arrived to find staff that were tired, over it and could not even raise a smile. Even to the point of being rude. We were waiting for the lift, the lift door opened and a staff member raced in to the lift in front of us. Front desk didn’t acknowledge you when you walk past. Needed a taxi organised so went to the front desk to do so and were told to come back later and speak to someone else about it. Hotel wasn’t full but we were given a room with no view and right next to the cleaners store section so got woken up each morning and was really noisy. There is no sound proofing between floors as they are timber. Guests upstairs arrived home at 2am and it sounded like they were moving furniture. Really think the customer service let them down this time and they could be doing better.

Pros:

Hotel bardzo urokliwy.
Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju na poddaszu. Pokoj bardzo czysty z pięknym widokiem. Elegancki, ale zarówno przytulny.
Personel pomocny, nienachalny. Pani z recepcji w momencie kiedy stwierdziliśmy że chcielibyśmy przedłużyć pobyt o 2 noce znalazła takie rozwiązanie abyśmy mogli zostać w tym samym pokoju. Otrzymaliśmy również spory rabat.

Miejsce wyjątkowe, lokalizacja fenomenalna.
Miasteczko bardzo urokliwe, czyste, zadbane, jednak nie męczące pod względem ilości turystów.
Bardzo odpoczywaliśmy. Miejsce tętniło życie, ale nie przebodźcowało.

Przy śniadaniu personel osobiście podaje kawę do stolika. Świeże wędliny i sery, smaczne wypieki.

Cons:

Byliśmy w październiku (za dnia temperatura ponad 20 stopni w cieniu, w nocy spadała do 12-13, co powodowało, ze w hotelu włączano grzejniki)- dla nas było w pokoju za ciepło ;)

Wszelkiego rodzaju odgłosy z zewnątrz mocno odbijają się o budynek, co powodowało, ze w pokoju przy otwartym oknie było głośnio. Jednak wybierając hotel w samym centrum trzeba sie z tym liczyć.

Śniadanie monotonne, z warzyw tylko pomidorki.


Mimo tych niedogonosci wybrałabym ten hotel ponownie.

Fabulous stay on Lake Garda.
Pros:

The room was a little small but very functional. Well decorated and appointed. The view of the lake from the room was wonderful. The breakfast was everything you could want. Attentive staff. Spectacular room with white table cloths with views of the little harbor and lake. The location of this hotel is great as it is located in the heart of Torri del Benaco. Steps away from the ferry for a day trip on the lake.

Cons:

It was difficult finding the parking lo when arriving by car. Their webste and instructions should let guests know that the driveway/entrance is next to the Post Office on the SR249.
