Pros:

Lokacija je sjajna, za svaku preporuku. Izuzetna blizina tramvaja, vlaka-metroa (par minuta hoda) kao i od glavnih atrakcija. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno te nam je uljepšalo boravak. Recepcionera Safettina bi posebno pohvalila koji je profesionalno odgovarao na sve naše upite. Sobe i toalet su bili izuzetno čisti, u sobi dostupno kuhalo, kava i čaj, klima je izvrsno radila. Doručak je bio raznovrstan.

Cons:

Zvučna izolacija izvana bi mogla biti bolja.

Emplacement au top, très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied des mosquées et autres sites d'intérêt.
Accès facile au tramway.
Très bon petit déjeuner buffet.
Le personnel à l'écoute, de bon conseil et très sympathique.
Mention spéciale à Ugur qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'humour!!

Gastfreundliches Hotel in zentraler Lage im typisch osmanischen Stil
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und immer offen für Gespräche. Vielen Dank an Ugur & Seyfettin für die zahlreichen Tipps!
- Zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten und somit kurze Wege zu Fuss erreichbar
- Osmanische Stil in der Einrichtung
- Zimmergröße ausreichend und Möglichkeit mit Verbindungstür für Familien in 2 benachbarten Zimmern
- Frühstück hatte genug Auswahl und wurde täglich leicht modifiziert

Cons:

Einiges Inventar im Zimmer sollte nachgebessert werden (z.B. Haken und Schrauben die gerade noch aus der Gips Wand hängen weil schwere Gegenstände wie Handtücher und Ablage sie nicht halten können)
- Untere Stockwerke sind wegen der engen Gasse etwas dunkel, daher besser oben reservieren!
- Flughafentransfer 70 Minuten obwohl Privat und außerhalb Berufsverkehr, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür...

Exceptionnelle
Pros:

L’hôtel était super bien placé à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la mosquée bleue et ayasofya et plein de restaurants dans les alentours, il y’a également le tram à 2min de l’hôtel, je recommande à 100 % cet hôtel !! Je remercie également les réceptionniste, merci à Seyfettin très gentil aimable et souriant. Merci pour votre hospitalité et votre accueil !!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas top, c’était le seul point négatif

Pros:

Todo bien,Ugur que habla español nos atendió demasiado bien está cerca de todo en la zona Europea,caminas y el metro te lleva donde quieras ir ,nos dejaron quedar hasta la noche porque nuestro vuelo salía a las 12 medianoche nos consiguieron el taxi.

Sin queja alguna los recomendaré siempre.

La ubicación del hotel es increíble. El personal es muy agradable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar como Urgu, que siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa y atendía todas nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno

Ottima posizione, tranquillo e silenzioso
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, in una zona molto turistica, ma in una strada secondaria, molto tranquillo e silenzioso

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il letto matrimoniale, davvero piccolo e con il materasso sfondato. La nostra camera (tripla) era davvero molto piccola
