Finger weg von diesem Horror Hotel
Cons:

Der Inhaber, die Hotel Manager und die Mitarbeiter sind unprofessionell, beleidigend, am lügen und am lästern.
Ein riesen Problem haben die mit Gästen aus dem Ausland, vor allem türkischen aus Deutschland, weil wir € haben und sie selber nicht (das sind die Aussagen vom Besitzer F.Ö).
Vermeiden Sie bitte dieses Hotel, lieber paar Euro mehr für ein anderes Hotel ausgeben.
Frühstück ganz schlecht, schwimmt alles im salz.
Wenn man kein Cholesterin hat aber da war dann kriegt man bestimmt Cholesterin.
Ich wurde vom Inhaber zu unrecht extrem beleidigt auch gegenüber meiner Familie und Frau. Des weiteren hat er uns aus dem Hotel rausgeschmissen. Geld für die restlichen 3 Nächte wollte er eigentlich nicht zurückgeben (hat er aber gemacht weil er es musste). Er hat sich noch nicht mal dafür entschuldigt, weder telefonisch noch persönlich.
Er hat gesagt dass wir Euro verdienen und kaufen nur Müll und denken wir seien etwas besseres.
Für uns war das leider kein Urlaub sondern nur Horror Trip.
Die Küchenmitarbeiterin hat hinter unserem Rücken gelästert nur weil wir 2 min. früher zum Frühstück erschienen sind. Aber laut dem Hotelpersonal waren wir um 7:20 da (Kamera Aufnahme). Meine Frau hat an dem Tag eine Video Aufnahme vom Buffet gemacht. Die Uhrzeit kann man sehen um wie viel Uhr es gemacht wurde. Dann wenn man die Mitarbeiter damit konfrontiert warum Sie nicht die Wahrheit sagen würden und lügen würden, dann kommt entweder keine Antwort oder es wird behauptet die Uhrzeit vom Smartphone stimmt nicht oder geht falsch 😂😂😂😂. Das ist eigentlich egal um wie viel Uhr es war. Es geht ums Prinzip. Es geht um die Mitarbeiterin die hinter unserem Rücken gelästert hat.
Vielleicht mussten wir an dem Tag dringend ins Krankenhaus oder vielleicht hat meine Frau Diabetes!!!
Laut deren Aussage haben wir uns über den Frühstück beschwert. Echt lächerlich. Obwohl das Frühstück so schlecht war haben uns über das Frühstück nicht beschwert.

Unpleasant nights
Pros:

The location was great. Very close to everything

Cons:

Our room Was extremely hot and the AC is setup in one room and runs for 3 hrs only. So at night you would have to get up every 3 hrs to turn it back on. Very uncomfortable for summer vacation. I do not recommend anyone visiting there.

Pros:

Hotel situat a 5 minuts de totes les principals atraccions del barri antic. Decoració molt estil tradicional però amb tots els serveis. L'esmorzar molt complert.

Cons:

TV per 3 giorni non funzionante nonostante diverse segnalazioni e promessa di intervento. Condizionatore datato e insufficiente per una stanza all’ultimo piano esposta al sole.

Great Service, Great Location, Great Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Edibe Sultan Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Istanbul's historic center, and we were able to reach all the major tourist attractions very easily on foot.
The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily as well. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. They even helped us arrange a Bosphorus cruise, which was a truly delightful experience and one of the highlights of our trip.
The breakfast, featuring traditional Turkish specialties, was varied and offered a good selection of delicious options.
Thank you for everything and for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!
