На ресепшен были отзывчивые ребята это очень приятно было.
Было очень шумно спать невозможно постоянно ночью кто то ходит. Холодно было кондиционер не работает телевизор не работает. Полотенца ужасные
The hotel has all your basic needs, as a visitor who like to stay the night at a comfortable bed ,take a hot shower, use the super fast net to scroll your social media, so they have super comfortable beds,fast net,very small toilet with a shower cabinet and hot water,super silent and perfect a.c ,perfect sound protection,nice very polite staff
The stairs are very difficult for old people or any one who has health problems,

The location is perfect—right in the center of Istanbul, making it easy to get around. The staff were all very kind and helpful, which made our trip even better. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

Грязно, ванная комната в плесени, крышка унитаза сломана, простыни в одной комнате проженные от сигарет, в другой комнате желтые, разовые шампуни, щетки не предоставляют, с ребенком расположили на самом верхнем этаже
Объект хорошо расположен: рядом крупный транспортный узел, обменники с самым выгодным курсом, магазины и рестораны.
Грязные шторы и ванная комната. Клопов не было, но все равно кто-то кусал.

Nada, está sucio todo! Las sábanas, las duchas tienen moho negro (HAY QUE USAR LEJIA) teníamos 4 habitaciones, a cada cual mejor, todas con los ventiladores cubiertos de una capa de pelusa que tiene años! De las sábanas y las cortinas ni hablamos, incluso la gente local de la zona nos dijo que como habíamos terminado ahí (por comentarios engañosos obviamente, no nos importaba que el sitio fuese viejo, pero claro la suciedad es otro asunto y está muy muy sucio.
En dos de las habitaciones había hormigas, las teles no funcionan (que es lo de menos) una de ellas no tenía luz, solo la del baño... En fin terrible y nada recomendable.

DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY PRICE.
We booked two rooms through booking.com. They were both booked as having doubled beds however one had twin singles.
The rooms were disgustingly dirty and the staff were very reluctant to help with anything.
The listing stated hairdryers were included, both were broken and ancient. When we asked for a new one they just said no. After asking 4 times over 3 days one guy finally helped us.
The bathroom was full of black mould, it had clearly never had a proper clean. I’ve included some pictures. There’s a lot more, but there’s too much to show.
The ceiling fan in the bedroom was covered in a thick layer of grease and dust.
Both rooms said that they had a balcony, they did not.
Both rooms stated that toiletries were included however one room had none at all. The dispensers for hand soap and shower gel were empty.
Both rooms have dangerous wiring, in one room the plug socket was coming out the wall.
In that same room the cable for the air conditioning has been cut and taped together in two places, huge fire risk.
Both rooms only have one plug socket and run everything including the air conditioning from one three way adapter. This meant that, if you have to use a travel adapter, you have to choose between charging your phone and using the air conditioning.
The shower bracket was broken in one room so you had to hold the shower head.
One room didn’t have a remote for the air conditioning or the tv. They did replace it in the morning when we asked. We arrived late in the evening so it did mean one of us spent the first night without air conditioning.
The general state of fixings in the hotel is poor. One room had dirty curtains and damage all over the headboard where something had been pulled off of it.
The wifi speed was okay when it was working but seemed to only work about 50% of the time.
This is a budget hotel but there is no excuse for this. I recommend everyone stay well away.
