Pros:

Hôtel au charme sympathique et au personnel souriant! Le déjeuner était vraiment très bon et varié. On a soupé au restaurant de l'hôtel et la pizza et les côtelettes al limone étaient excellents!

Das Zimmer lag über dem Lieferanteneingang, deshalb etwas laut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Gutes und bequemes Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Grösse des Zimmers war optimal, wir erhielten ein upgrade.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok, leider war die Brotauswahl etwas dürftig, ebenso der Käse. Leider mehrheitlich abgepackte Ware.
Ebenso das vertrocknete Brot beim Abendessen.
Das Einckecken war kompliziert und etwas mühsam, da angeblich die booking-Buchung gemäss Besitzer nicht funktioniert hatte, obwohl ich eine Bestätigung des Hotels hatte. Es gab dann schlussendlich eine gute Lösung.

Historisches Gebäude, zentrale Lage im Dorf, Café und Pizzaria direkt dabei, Nähe Nationalparkzentrum, Zimmereinrichtung schon etwas älter, aber in Ordnung, dafür Zimmer Recht groß. Gesicherte Fahrradgarage. Möglichkeit, das Gepäck am Abreisetag nach dem Checkout sicher unterzustellen.

Cons:

Wer die attraktive Gästekarte nutzen möchte, die über die verpflichtete Tourismusabgabe bezahlt wird und u.a. kostenfreie Bus- und Regionalbahn-Nutzung in der Region ermoglicht, der sollte das direkt beim Check-in einfordern. Das zuständige Person ist nur während der Rezeptionszeit ansprechbar und dann auch mit der Bewirtung sehr beschäftigt. Aussage war, dass die Gästekarte sowieso nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch ausgestellt wird. Wir mussten leider morgens warten und könnten den geplanten Ausflug erst später beginnen.

Grand hôtel confortable et dans le centre ville. Parfait pour y séjourner quelques jours
