Excellent check in experience with pleasant staff. The room was tastefully decorated and clean. The location is ideal, with its proximity to both the sea and the colonial zone. Have stayed here before, and will certainly come back again. Keep up the good work!

Good hotel

This hotel is awesome. It's located in a conveniently way. There's one problem; it's on a busy one-way street. Noise is constant all day and all night. Potential clients need to invest in earplugs. I think the hotel should give all customers complimentary earplugs because of the noise. This is what I think.

Highly recommend these suites. Ideal location, tastefully decorated rooms, and friendly, polite front staff. The check in process was effortless. Had one of the suites on the 4th floor with the double queen size beds, and a very nice balcony. Would definitely stay here again when in Sto Dgo.

A/C unit not cooling and extremely noisy. Roaches in the room. No daily housekeeping service for cleaning during the stay. Expensive.

Nice, cozy, clean and secure, there’s hot water and the AC works fine.

An incredibly comfortable Hotel. The staff are the best! The Hotel is in a great location and the rooms are large with a very plush mattress.

I very like the property location . But i very dislike thst i found roaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen.

It is a nice botique hotel. Unfortunately, room requests are rarely honored upon arrival. I have a handicap and always request first floor months in advance. Yet, when I arrive , it is never available. No elevator at this hotel. Cleaning room policy has changed to once every 3 days. I was there 5 days and no cleaning or new towels.

El personal muy amable, la habitación deteriorada, se apagó el aire acondicionado a media noche y no encendió más y lo peor fueron las cucarachas y un un bicho parecido a un ciempiés dentro de la ducha. Fue muy mala experiencia.

The rooms are very small. There were bugs. When you took shower water was every where.

No more than a few nights, noisy and cold. You get what you pay for. So don’t have to much expectations. The locations is pretty good but the neighborhood is not the safest one.

Nettles, relative neues Budget Hotel in sehr guter Lage in der Zona Colonial. Wer viel Gepaeck hat sollte sichergehen, ein Zimmer unten zu bekommen. Es gibt keine Lift.

I LIKED THE FACT THAT IT WAS IN THE CAPITAL AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, IT WAS MY FIRST STAY THIER STAFF WAS FRIENDLY ROOMS WERE KEPT CLEAN, RELIEVED THAT THIER EAS SECURITY AND CAMERAS AND THEY TOOK VISITORS ID AT FRONT DESK, I FELT SAFE AND NOTHING WAS MISSING, IT WAS A NICE STAY,

Customer service was good at this hotel, they helped us out with every question we had. Soundproofing was pretty poor and we had a cockroach in our room but other than that I have nothing to complain about. The location is great!

Not a bad stay. Checking in was a hassle as the front desk clerk was not available for over 10 minutes as I stood outside of the locked building in the Santo Domingo heat on a very sketchy block. A neighborhood gentleman had to scream into an open window to get the attention of staff to open the door. Once inside, the room I booked was not available so they changed me to a “better room” which had a disgusting smoking and other strange smell for most of my 5-night stay for which I was told there were no other rooms available. They tried to remedy the smell by preparing coffee on the stove in the room to allegedly absorb the smell as well as placing aroma sticks in the unit. There are no elevators in this hotel and my room was on the 4th floor, for which I got a serious cardio workout every day. I had to immediately report some damage in the unit to ensure I would not be held responsible for them. POSITIVES: The staff was very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The location is in the middle of historic and cultural rich sightseeing spots as well as walking distance to the water front. The room was spacious and clean but could use improvement, Great WiFi Connection. CONS: Only allowed one guest is allowed at a time (per Registration Contract), No Elevator, Parking is limited on area, Daily Breakfast is location at a restaurant around the corner from building (less than 5-minute walk), Located in very much residential area (Pro/Con). OVERALL: Not a terrible stay
