Pros:

Удобная кровать: подушкам отдельный + ; индивидуальный кодовый замок на двери в номер очень удобно, чтобы не таскать ключи и карточки; приятное патио на территории отеля.

Cons:

1. Не было Геля для мытья рук, флакон был пустой.
2. Везде пыль, включая окна, которые по всей видимости не моют от слова совсем.
3. Сплит система, которую невозможно настроить: всегда холодно.
4. В номере была кофемашина, но она сломана..
5. Полностью отсутствует звукоизоляция: слышно даже как сосед сидит на унитазе..
6. Плохая уборка по запросу, даже если пакет кладешь рядом с урной, так как та переполнена, то его не выкинут.

Comfortable, friendly environment and easy going atmosphere.
Pros:

Very good location to the Cenisio Metro Line, approx. 30mins to the Duomo. Keith was very accommodating and helpful during our check in and any questions we had. Clean and spacious room. Super comfortable beds and friendly staff. Will be back again!

Cons:

Nothing to say, everything was up to our standards.

Excellent value for money – clean, friendly, and a great base for exploring Milan.
Pros:

We had a great stay. The hotel is basic, but for the price it offers excellent value. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although it’s a little outside the city centre, getting around was easy with the tram, which takes you straight into the heart of Milan.

Cons:

Nothing major. The rooms are quite simple, but that’s exactly what we expected for the price.
