3 Tage würden wir auf keinen Fall bei einem Städtetrip in diesem Hotel nächtigen. 1 Nacht war jetzt in Ordnung.

Nähe zur U-Bahn

Cons:

Dusche kaum nutzbar, weil der Duschkopf beim Duschen in der Hand gehalten werden musste, da dieser sonst in der vorgesehenen Halterung vertikal zur Wand gegenüber zeigte.

Gebäude von außen optisch wesentlich neuer als innen.

Pros:

El personal del hotel te brinda una excelente atención y estan siempre dispuestos, El parking muy bueno y seguro, tal vez deberían enviarte el modo de ingreso. La ubicación al frente del tranvía y metro.

Cons:

Enviaría la forma de ingresar al parking, no es tan simple pues es parte de un complejo.

La limpieza era diaria. Nos cambiaban cada día de toallas lo que en mi opinión es innecesario

Cons:

El desayuno me pareció caro para lo que ofrecía. Había pocas perchas en el armario y este era un poco pequeño. Nos dieron dos toallas y una de ellas era demasiado pequeña, aunque la otra tenía bien tamaño

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente in camera durante il soggiorno, ma desideriamo ringraziare la ragazza della reception per la sua grande disponibilità e professionalità. Si è impegnata subito per cercare di risolvere il problema e, non essendo stato possibile intervenire nell’immediato, la mattina seguente ci ha gentilmente offerto la colazione come gesto di attenzione. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato la cura nei confronti degli ospiti e la cortesia dello staff. Un servizio clienti così fa la differenza.
