Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, ha volt kérdésünk, arra teljes mértékben kaptunk választ. A szoba rendezett és tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes. Csendes volt, jó az elhelyezkedés, a villamostól kb. 5 perc séta.

W dniu 14.04.2026 zarezerwowałam pokój dwuosobowy dla jednej osoby. Tydzień przyjazdem poprosiłam hotel o upgrade rezerwacji do dwóch osób, dwa pojedyncze łóżka oraz śniadanie dla drugiej osoby. Hotel potwierdził w wiadomości na Booking, że wszystkie prośby zostaną zrealizowane.

Po zameldowaniu okazało się jednak, że w pokoju było tylko jedno łóżko. Po zgłoszeniu problemu obsługa była mało pomocna i kwestionowała również kwestię śniadań, mimo wcześniejszych ustaleń. Ostatecznie otrzymałyśmy inny pokój z dostawką zamiast normalnego łóżka, dodatkowo o niższym standardzie niż pierwotny (brak ekspresu i wody). Śniadania zostały wydane dopiero po dodatkowych wyjaśnieniach i zeskanowaniu voucherów.

Mimo posiadania potwierdzonej korespondencji hotel nie wywiązał się z ustalonych warunków rezerwacji. Pobyt oceniam bardzo słabo
