The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom sink area was clean and usable.
The shower had great water pressure.
The room had a coffee maker.
The TV was large and easy to use.
I loved the old-time setting. It was quaint and interesting. I felt like I was in the fifties. It was quiet and peaceful.
I didn't care for the low couch. It was hard for me to get up after I seat dowm.
The desk chair was low and scarry to set in.
There was only one packet of coffee add-ins.
The clerk didn't tell us about the coffee kiosk.
It had a strange entrance that faced a side street.
The rooms were quite large and roomy. The air conditioner worked well.
TH TV remote didnt work and the breakfast was pitiful. A pig of vanilla muffin and green banana with strong coffee.. Think the listing should say not handicap friendly.
Parking in the lot is tight for pickups, but doable. Street parking is available. Staff is genuinely kind and helpful.
I had a comfortable, spacious room in this older, well kept hotel. Although there were few occupants at the time of my stay, it was quiet. This stay suit my needs.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a nice sitting area. The location worked well for us; we had a couple of birdwatching locations to visit in the area. It was very quiet and restful. They have beautiful roses in the outdoor spaces! There are good restaurants nearby; we really enjoyed a meal from El Cima.

When I arrived at my room, there were no bath towels, wash cloths or shower towels. I had to show the receptionist that I wasn't lying since it was just across the hallway from check in.
Good location driving from San Jose to Death Valley. Room was clean and quiet.

I called ahead by several days to cancel and gave the conformation # and the pin which you gave me. I was talking to a woman and she told me the conformation # was right but the pin was wrong. I read your Email to her and she said it was not the pin that she had and unless I had the right pin she would not give me a refund. I told her I could not understand why she was being the way she was if your Email gave me the info than she should have had it too,
Point blank, this is not a good customer for you.
