La gentillesse, la disponibilité, le sourire du personnel

L’unique, petite chose c’est que je n’ai pas pu avoir de sèche-cheveux

Pros:

Piscine très agréable au milieu du jardin.
Chambre confortable, manque peut-être un peu de rangement pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.
Personnel adorable, toujours disponible pour nous aider et à organiser au mieux notre séjour. Un grand MERCI à tous pour votre gentillesse et vos sourires !

Cons:

Petit point "négatif", la douche est très chaude en fin d'après midi, et fraîche plus tard (quand le soleil est couché!), mais on s'adapte.

Les cottages sont le jardin à l'arrière du warung
Le warung du restaurant est très correct
Et la piscine plutôt sympa

Cons:

Attention cet hôtel est au bord d'une route très passante ce qui peut être un peu complique pour le bruit lorsqu'on est au warung

Niedliche Anlage in einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Lokale, Tauchzentren und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Bis zum Strand sind es weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Open-Air-Dusche ist super.

Cons:

Ein Wasserspender wäre klasse, um die ohnehin große Flut an Plastik zu reduzieren. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse könnten bequemer sein. Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Auch die Hauptstraße lässt sich nicht wegdiskutieren.

A beautiful place to stay in a great location.
Pros:

The manager gave us a very thorough welcome and explanation about the facilities and was always helpful. The pool, the gardens and the cottages are beautiful. Manager arranged for massages in the garden and can organise lots of tours including watching dolphins.

Cons:

A minor issue was that the breakfast options were a bit limited and more expensive than some other places in Pemuteran. You have to cross a major road to get to the beach: easy for adults, might be a problem for young children.

Pros:

The most wonderful helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. They assist in anyway they can. Beautiful breakfast and a good selection to choose from. Room was gorgeous and love having a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Gorgeous gardens, and a lovely restaurant. Accross the road from beach and Bio rock snorkelling. An excellent location so many fabulous local warungs, shops and if you want a night out Joe's bar as brilliant live bands. Sunset bar is also great. And you must definitely get a massage, one of the best Ive had either in your room or poolside. I don't want to leave!! And the staff gave me a wonderful Happy birthday banana pancake whilst they all sang, and decorated my room for me....a very special birthday in a special place

Hotel situato a Pemuteran, in prossimità della spiaggia. È dotato anche di una piscina e di un ristorante. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e cordiali con noi. Purtroppo siamo rimasti solamente una notte, avendo deciso di dedicare poco tempo a quest’area di Bali.

La struttura dista circa 100 m dalla spiaggia e per raggiungerla è necessario attraversare la strada

Le personnel est vraiment à votre écoute, disponible et agréable.
Nous avons beaucoup échangé. C était une très belle expérience humaine. On a pu échangé après le repas quelques heures de conversation .

Endroit très agréable mais bruyant au petit matin
Pros:

Le personnel est souriant, d’une gentillesse sans borne et essaie de parler français pour nous faire plaisir.
Le jardin est très bien entretenu et agréable, la literie, la douche extérieure, et l’attention de la petite bouteille d’eau pour se laver le dents, est très appréciable.

Cons:

Les cottage sont en retrait, mais la proximité de la route apporte beaucoup de bruit, surtout au petit matin.
Et l’appel à la prière du Muezzin à 5 am, qui dure très longtemps.
La piscine est trop à l’ombre des arbres, un peu fraîche même en journée.
