Mekong 9 Hotel

The property was good though the kitchen is being redone. The lady running the drinks area was so kind in bringing me breakfast everyday and security very friendly as my friends and I entered and left the property. This hotel was a good choice for my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The bed was quite firm and Asian style firm pillows were provided. I would choose to stay here again when I return to Ho Chi Minh City.

見た目はそれなりに良いですが、いくつか不都合がありました。エアコンのききがいまいち、それから、瞬間的な停電が一度ありました。トイレにシャワーがついている構造も慣れが必要かもしれません。
とはいえ、清潔感、コストパフォーマンスは良いです。
細かいところを気にしなければおすすめです。

とても静かな場所にあるホテルで、ホーチミン中心部の喧騒に疲れた自分にはとても快適に過ごせました。ロビーも含め、全体的に明るく清潔でした。入り口にレストランがあり、そちらがフロントかと思ったらその左奥にホテルがありました。スタッフが親切に教えてくれました。

Staff don't speak english, room was disgusting. Sheets were covered in hair, clearly were not cleaned. Left after 20 mins to find another hotel, could not stay here. Was not expecting too much as its not expensive but this was just unacceptable.

The hotel is only 10 minute to the city center with many transport means such as buses, taxi, uber, etc.

I think this hotel is perfect for the budget traveler that doesn't need extras like a spa, and wants a nice clean, safe room for cheap.

Overall satisfied for staff service even they are unable to communicate in english.

Usual too hard bed for westerners. Only 1 person really spoke english. I didnt personally rate the chef very good as i found it comparable to street food. However, staff very friendly and will do anything you need. Quick trip by taxi into city, not really an area you can walk as near main roads which are no go for pedestrians!

Great hotel for overnight between flights. Rooms are small but no problem for a single night. Airport pick up service is excellent. Saves hassle of taxis etc. excellent value for money

Good Place for the money charged. No Frills hotel but very very clean . All basic amenities available. AC was not strong enough for me i didn't inform them else i am sure they would have changed my room.

Friendly staff, very clean facility and room, new equipment (fridge, a/c, bathroom, nicely decoration, reasonable size in a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom is very clean - however, standard room only has shower, no bathtub so it takes some time to get use to taking a shower without a shower curtain. So it may be better to reserve a deluxe room for a few dollars more per day. The restaurant food is average. Breakfast buffet (with Western and Vietnamese food) is included in the price. They also offer a very inexpensive business / work lunch menu. There are a few restaurants in the neighborhood, including a few café.

The staff was amazing. A bit off the beaten path but it's kind of nice being away from all the tourists. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff members at this hotel were so polite and easy to work with. They spoke minimal English, but were able to communicate clearly. A team of 9 of us stayed here for two nights, and were very comfortable. The breakfast here was interesting (noodles and such) but I guess if you are used to that, it should not be a problem. The only suggestion I have is that you check out at least 20 minutes before you plan to depart the hotel as they will go around to each room and see how much they need to charge you for the food they put in your room, and will not allow you to leave until they are finished. This is not a huge deal if you are not in a hurry though. It is about a 10 minute drive to the airport, so very nice and close. All in all I would suggest this hotel to anyone planning on staying in Saigon.

Stayed here for one night when my flight got in late. Nice hotel - staff are friendly and room is very clean. I got the shuttle from the airport (which is too expensive, probably 2-3 times what a cab would cost), which was nice. Bed is hard and pillows not so comfy, but that seems to be a trend in SE Asia. There was also construction outside my window all night, so perhaps ask about that when checking in so you can get a room away from that. Location is close to airport but not much else.

They initially gave me a room that was smaller than the one that I booked. I went back downstairs to get the room size that I booked which was about 26 square meters. They gave me larger room with no windows. There was a problem with their internet with pages no loading occasionally, wired or wireless. I had to switch to using the 3G on my phone to continue working. My friend tried to come up to my room at night, but the reception did not let her up, claiming we need to be married in order to stay in one room. I insisted and brought my friend up anyway, and they knocked on my door with the security guard present and stated that I will need to open a separate room for her. I said I'll take care of it in the morning. The next morning upon check out, the manager requested to speak with me. He was quite pleasant to talk to. He ended up not charging me for an extra room and listened to my concerns about how to improve his hotel. Late at night, there's nothing to eat walking distance from the hotel, but there's some ramen and chips in the room. There's a good barbeque place diagonally across the street when you exit and turn left, and there's a decent cafe and hostess bar when you exit and turn right.

Service was very good. Breakfast downstairs was convenient, large restaurant, outside seating nice. Convenient location, close to pretty much the whole city.

I arrived to the hotel at midnight and the front office was there to welcome and take care of me. The Hotel room was nice and supper clean with Air Conditioning. I prefered this hotel over the others near by due to its location where it is located away from the busy street. Morning breakfast was fine. The coffee was good. It could be better with more varieties of fruit drink, cereal and milk for westerners. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel is well worth the cost of the money.
