A comfortable stay with a beautiful compound and amazing pool.
Pros:

The hotel is located on a hill in a quiet area with nice views and the rooms were clean.

The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

The free airport shuttle was a major plus and ran very smoothly, which I really appreciated.

The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options.

Cons:

Some areas could use updates, particularly the gym which felt quite dated.

Also, there is no lift, so staff had to carry luggage to the rooms.

The location is a bit far from the city center, so good for work trips if you arrange transport.

La navette de l’aéroport vers l’hôtel. Il faut qu’il soit ponctuelle. Sortir de l’avion étant fatigué et attendre la navette, ce n’est pas agréable

The location and hospitality of the staff is great. I love that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport

Cons:

The gym equipment is broken and the ones that do work are not in good condition at all. The breakfast was not good. The options presented are not well thought out and not cooked decently

The location is great. Airport pick up is fantastic especially when you arrive late. The staff are very polite and attentive. Very good value for money.

The hotel looks like it is starting to look a little old, but it is still clean and for the room rates very good value.

Pros:

Beautiful view from the balcony. Hotel was very accomodating, they offered us a free upgrade on our room, and on day of departure we were allowed to stay in our room past check-out time free of charge. The swimming pool looked good. The view from the restaurant was stunning. Airport shuttle worked smoothly.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated,and could do with a renovation. The breakfast selection was narrow and a bit bland. Restaurant was decent, but a little over priced.

Pros:

Beste grote accommodatie met verschillende gebouwen aan de rand van Kigali. Rustig met veel zitplekken en verzorgde tuin met bloemen. Voor kinderen een fantastische speeltuin die goed schoongehouden wordt.. Mooi groot zwembad. Ruime kamers, prima bed en heerlijke douche. Het personeel van de receptie is uiterst professioneel en vriendelijjk. Prima plek om te ontspannen en Kigali te bezoeken. De motos staan om de hoek dus je bent zo op een andere plek in Kigali. En betrouwbaar luchthaven vervoer.

Cons:

Het restaurant viel tegen. De locatie en het uitzicht zijn prima en mooi. Alleen het personeel voelde niet goed aan wanneer wel of niet te helpen. Wellicht heeft het met onvoldoende opleiding te maken. Wij voelden ons er minder prettig bij. Het ontbijt viel tegen, door de buffetvorm, die beperkt is, zijn producten minder vers en drogen uit.
