Pros:

I has a great time here, however, some of the staff weren’t that friendly. Not all for them. Facilities are great and nice breakfast 👌🏻

Great staff and service near the airport
Pros:

Everyone on the staff is very polite and welcoming, especially the manager? at the front desk.
Room is spacious and beds very comfortable. Hair dryer was a bonus too.
City view at night from the restaurant terrace and pool side were relaxing, and food was very good and big portions.
Shuttle service to the airport was excellent especially at late hours at night.
Laundry service at a very reasonable price and was properly cleaned our trekking pants and shirts!

Cons:

Bathroom and shower needs a bit more maintenance.
Shower head is not stable and does not stay in its fixed position.

I travel to Rwandan a lot, Nobleza is where I'll be staying.
Pros:

The Nobleza is an excellent hotel by any measure, and for the price it is outstanding the staff is friendly and helpful, the food in their restaurant is very good.

Cons:

It is really hard to find something that isn't great, but I drink coffee and tea, and in the room there was only enough of each for one cup.

A wonderful experience
Pros:

A wonderful experience: The location is beautiful and well situated, with a lovely view. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and attentive to everyone's needs.

The pool, restaurant, and rooms are all of very high quality. And the cleaning service is excellent.

One area for improvement would be the fitness room equipment, which could be upgraded with new, more functional machines.

The generous and delicious breakfast and the hotel-airport shuttle service were included in the price, which made it really good value for money.

On top of that, communication with the manager took place even before we arrived at the hotel and continued until we left: it was clear, regular but not too much, and all needed information. Very pleasant.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Kigali in comfort.
