Le lieu très artistique. De quoi manger et boire jusqu'à 23h ensuite de l'eau pétillante pour la nuit.
Le personnel était vraiment très sympa ils m'ont bien aidé car ma carte était bloquée ils m'ont bien renseigné et m'ont même fait crédit jusqu'au lendemain.
C'est très bien dormi pour une petite chambre il y avait tout dedans.
Une belle terrasse et de quoi déjeuner correctement ainsi que le dîner et tu es bien copieux pour pas très cher.
Je recommande cet établissement.

Staff here were very pleasant & efficient - it was good to be able to have a pint in the bar downstairs after a day's wandering about. Whilst my room faced the rear, overlooking the beer garden, there was never any disturbed sleep as the area is I think cleared by 23:00 at the latest. The wifi was excellent as was the mattress. It's right beside a tram stop too.
Personally I had no issue with the place's distance from the city centre as the trams are regular + if you wanted to walk some/part of the way there are places of interest to see along it, but location is the only point which comes to mind as being a possible negative for some travellers.
Modern, clean, friendly staff, good restaurant and just opposite to tram
There are nice additional touches (funny messages around the room, bottle of filtered water included)

The facade is a bit worn down and does not reflect the quality of the hotel
Son esprit un peu auberge de jeunesse / lieu créé par des copains
Le bruit du tram les fenêtres ouvertes alors qu’on m’avait dit qu’on ne l’entendrait pas. On m’avait proposé une autre chambre à la décharge du responsable mais je suis restée car il m’avait dit qu’on entendrait pas dans la rue perpendiculaire. Spoiler alerte on l’entend. C’était une condition pour qu’on loge chez eux. Nous sommes partis après la première nuit sans de remboursement proposé pour la deuxième.

Belle découverte, j’ai beaucoup apprécié la chaleur humaine, la convivialité, l'accueil, la terrasse, les playlists, le café avec ses habitués... C’est un lieu qui a une âme.

* Malheureusement nous sommes restés une nuit de canicule, alors il a fait très chaud dans la chambre, malgré la présence d'un ventilateur.
* Nous avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte, mais la chambre donnait directement sur la rue et sur l'arrêt de tram, c'était alors très bruyant.
Réception ouverte 24/24 , une réceptionniste vraiment au top, l’hôtel est propre et pratique, rien à redire merci encore
