Pros:

Bel hôtel confortable, chambre spacieuse, personnel très sympa, buffet de petit déjeuné varié et très bon. J'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans cet établissement. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Stunning place to stay!
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as fantastic! After an 800 mile drive, it’s wonderful to sit in the spa and relax with a fantastic view of the Alps.

Good hotel but too Swiss in terms of flexibility to accommodate a guests needs.
Pros:

Clean, nice rooms.

Cons:

No early breakfast ( as an exception for a bike race ). Had to buy it from a supermarket.
They charged me chf 185 for 2 hours late check out.
Had this race in Chatel and they prepared a simple snack for participants early. It’s attitude and willingness to help. Will not come back.

Pros:

Super helpful staff. They let me use the spa up after a hike on the day of the check out. A1 service, friendly staff, great view and facilities. Would highly recommend

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Unsere Zimmer im obersten Stock sehr schön, mit einem tollen Balkon. Der Spa war wunderbar wie auch das Bassin im Freien mit tollem Blick in die Berge.

Cons:

Etwas schade war, dass es im Hotel selbst kein Restaurant hatte, vor allem weil übers Wochenende (in der Nebensaison) in Champéry viele Restaurants geschlossen waren. Schade war auch, dass es in unserem Badezimmer keine Dusche, sondern lediglich eine Badewanne gab. So mussten wir immer im mit unserem Zimmer verbundenen Zimmer der Kinder duschen.

Hotel, confortable et cosy, au top
Pros:

L’ambiance cosy et le personnel très avenant
En plus, voyageons avec mon petit chien, il a été reçu dans la chambre comme il se doit donc le supplément qui avait été appliqué et purement justifier

Cons:

Les prises pour recharger tous les portables que les tablettes sont difficiles à trouver à corriger
