Настоящий исторический отель. Комнаты сохранили ощущение эпохи Возрождения . Как будто попали в 16 век . Классно и незабываемо . Персонал очень услужливый и вежливый . Завтрак превосходный !

Beautiful, relaxing, kind!
Pros:

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind! We couldn’t find the entrance so someone came out to find us. We also were not leaving Florence until a few hours after checkout and they held our bags without any problems and gave us time to get water and relax before calling our taxi for us! The breakfast food was delicious and a true Italian experience. The main sitting areas were gorgeous- this is not your average hotel, it’s even better, the rooms were perfect! All of the staff was truly amazing, including the house and breakfast staff! Would recommend this space to an anyone. Thank you to all!

Great location, breakfast and staff was awesome.

Cons:

I mean the room was fine, bed was fine, everything was fine - but for what you pay - the room is a bit run down really. It needs some fixing, especially bathroom.

Posizione davvero strategica, ideale per visitare comodamente la città a piedi. Le camere sono sorprendentemente spaziose, un vero punto di forza della struttura. La nostra si affacciava direttamente sull’Arno: la vista, anche grazie a questo, è stata particolarmente piacevole e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più memorabile. Personale molto gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Alcune scelte stilistiche degli interni potrebbero migliorare per dialogare meglio con la storia e il carattere del palazzo.
