Sehr schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel. Schönes SPA. Umkleidekabine nach Checkout kann weiter benutzt werden. Sogar mit Dusche und Handtücher.

Cons:

Das Rezeptionspersonal konnte kaum Deutsch. Nur Englisch. Sehr schade im schweizerischen Zermatt.

Sehr gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal, tolle Lage - sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage leicht ausserhalb vom belebten Zentrum (aber in ca 5 Min zu Fuss zu erreichen), dafür schön ruhig und an heissen Tagen auch draussen sehr angenehm (im Gegensatz zum Zentrum, wo die Hitze sich staut).
Alles sehr gepflegt, sieht aus wie "Erstbezug", stilvolle Einrichtung, hoher Standard.
Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Eine sehr lohnende Adresse in Zermatt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich vielfältig und gut. Auch die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs kam uns sehr entgegen. Zudem hat die schöne SPA- Landschaft unser Ferienvergnügen um einiges erhöht.
