Zermatt is a car-free resort. You have to park your car in Täsch and proceed by train or taxi. During winter it is recommended to reserve a parking space in Täsch well in advance.

Schöne moderne Zimmer
Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen angefragt (ist krankheitsbedingt erforderlich) und dafür eine Bestätigung erhalten.
Bei unserer Ankunft wurde zunächst behauptet eine solche Anfrage sei nicht eingegangen, bei späterer Nachfrage bei einem Kollegen wurde diese aber bestätigt. Wir haben ein Zimmer in der 1. Etage erhalten, weil kein anderes mehr frei war.
Hätten wir bei Anfrage Bescheid bekommen, hätten wir das Hotel nicht gebucht.
Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles was es braucht. Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend und von guter Qualität. Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und nahe des Bahnhofes. Zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
