Zermatt is a car-free resort. You have to park your car in Täsch and proceed by train or taxi. During winter it is recommended to reserve a parking space in Täsch well in advance.

Pros:

Great location with convenient shuttle service. Lovely spacious rooms. Nice spa facilities.

Cons:

We were greeted by an incredibly rude male receptionist. At our own fault, we had no physical card for a deposit, which we were apologetic about. However the receptionist was extremely difficult, rude, impatient and actually mocked our bank balance that he saw when we were giving him our card information, which was very insulting. Really disappointing first impression of this hotel and clouded our stay.

Very spacious room with a great view of the Matterhorn
Pros:

The room was very spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub, and a beautiful view of the Matterhorn.
We had a great stay in a fantastic room. Although we didn’t use the spa, both the spa and pool area looked excellent.
The hotel is located just a few minutes from the train station.

Cons:

Breakfast was solid, but nothing particularly special. The pancake machine was a nice touch, though.

Loved Fleur de Zermatt hotel. Great position, shuttle from train station. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms wer
Pros:

The rooms wear spacious and very comfortable. The position was fantastic. The property had everything we needed. Close to twin station, close to shops.

Cons:

Some of the staff (male) were not very happy. Everything seemed too much trouble, and never a smile, or a greeting.

L’espace SPA est magnifique, la propreté de l’hôtel aussi et la possibilité d’utiliser un local pour se changer le 1er jour et le dernier jour pour le ski est parfait.
