Zermatt is a car-free resort. You have to park your car in Täsch and proceed by train or taxi. During winter it is recommended to reserve a parking space in Täsch well in advance.

es war alles sehr angenehm und freundlich. für unseren kurzurlaub war es tipp topp.

es war so, wie wir und das vorgestellt hatten. preis-/leistungsverhältnis perfekt.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel, besonders wenn man ein Sonderangebot nutzt. Die Hotelleitung muss aber unbedingt mit den Mitarbeitern daran arbeiten, höflicher und aufmerksamer gegenüber den Gästen zu sein.

Cons:

Nous avons perdu une des clefs de la chambre (carte plastique), et avons du payer 5 CHF pour cela. Je passe plus de 100 nuits dans des hôtels a travers le monde depuis 30 ans, et cela ne 'était jamais arrivé. pas très normal quand on laisse plus de 500 CHF par nuit dans un établissement!

Un séjour parfait en famille
Pros:

Grande chambre, très propre ainsi que la salle de bain, vue magnifique
Accès SPA parfait ainsi qu'au ski room
PDJ très bien, beaucoup de choix

Cons:

Dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas de dîner ou un room service
Un point négatif est le départ pour l'accès aux pistes ainsi que le retour à l'hôtel (navettes obligatoire où il faut beaucoup marcher)

Ruined by awful treatment of guests
Pros:

A clean hotel on good location with friendly and helpful cleaning staff but totally ruined by the awful treatment of the front office staff. All of them. I have noticed many reviews saying the same thing. They like to reply blaming the guests for behaviour or not following their rules but how can they say that without knowing the specific guest. We did our upmost to be decent and polite from the moment we walked through the door at check in but made no difference. Still treated like rubbish and not even a thank you or "safe journey" when we left. As a guest you are a nuisance to them. It can really spoil your holiday. The worst hotel service I've ever seen.
