Zermatt is a car-free resort. You have to park your car in Täsch and proceed by train or taxi. During winter it is recommended to reserve a parking space in Täsch well in advance.

Struttura moderna e confortevole, in posizione strategica in centro paese (vicino stazione ferroviaria e ferrovia Gornergrat) ma tranquilla. Personale preparato e disponibile, molto bella e perfettamente attrezzata la SPA. Camera ampia, silenziosa, confortevole e dotata di ogni accessorio compreso il bagno. Valida la colazione, pulita ed efficiente la ski room.

Cons:

Wir kamen kurz nach 17:00 an und am letzten Tag mussten wir auf 08:00 auf den Zug. In beiden Fällen konnte das Hotel-Taxi uns nicht unterstützen. Sehr schade!

Great hotel, lovey clean and large rooms with friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is very pleasant, clean and modern, with excellent rooms. The staff were very helpful with luggage, skis, and helping arrange things. Overall an excellent hotel.

A wonderful stay with great amenities. Highly recommended.
Pros:

This felt like true luxury. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom huge and well equipped and the view of the surrounding mountains was stunning.

Cons:

Nothing really! It was a seamless and very comfortable one-night stay.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und sehr gut. Die grüne Buslinie hält gleich an der Strasse beim Hotel (50m) und über den Fussweg (Ausgang Rückseite) erreicht man schnell die Gornergradbahn.
