너무 별로 , 복도에 불도 안켜줘요

I cannot stress how much I do not recommend this hotel!

Positives: air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom amenities were sufficient and the view from the room was nice

Negatives: There was no staff available to help check-in. Guests are expected to call someone over the phone to check in, and the key cards for the room are left out on the reception desk to pick up yourself; How does the hotel know who is coming in and out of their rooms?

The room had dirt on the walls and light switch, the bed sheets were covered in stains, cockroaches ran across the lobby and other bugs were in the room. The motion sensor light at the door had been turning on by itself all night.

I cannot stress how much I do not recommend this hotel! I only ended up staying for 1/4 nights that I booked here. There was no staff available for check-in, at the reception desk or anywhere else. 조용하고 뷰가 좋아 항상 애용하는 호텔입니다. 다만 청소가 신경써서 좀더 깨끗하였으면 좋겠습니다.

호텔 내부 공기가 너무 탁 합니다.
냄새가 많이나고 문을 열어놔도 환기가 잘 안되네요.

Walking distance to the beach. Comfortable beds. Posh. Provided us with regular sizes towels! Lol. Parking is easy. Has plenty of space at front and e-garage was very easy to operate. A++

7월말 1박 예약 하고 갔는데 3층인데도 공원 호수 뷰가 나무 좋았어요
칠십리 시공원 산책하기 넘 좋고 시내도 가깝고해서
다음날 성산포 호텔 취소 하고 일박 더 하고 싶었어요
나중에는 2박 이상으로 오고 싶네요

외돌개 가까워서 예약 했던건데
저처럼 공원 좋아하시면 정말 추천드려요
오래된 호텔 같은데
인테리어도 나름 리모델링 된 거 같고
단점이라면
코로나때문인지 객실은 닫았었는지
좀 꿉꿉 서늘한 냄새 같은데 좀 있었어요
화장지가 한개만 끼워 있었는데 (완전 새거 아니라) 아침되니 떨어져서 방에 있던 크리넥스 사용 했어요

시트 상태 만족했구요

데스크에 사람이 없긴 했지만
전화하니 바로 연락 받으셔서 안내해주셔서
전 오히려 비대면이 편했어요

복층이라 난방을 계속해도 아랫층은 추워요.

합리적 가격.
조용한 주위 환경.
아침 운동에 최적의 조건.
호텔 바로 앞에 시민공원이 자리함
추천해요.

사람이 너무 많아서 차 대기가 힘들었음

청결상태는 좋았으나
직원이 자리에 없고
매번 전화해야 함

운영이 체계가 잡혀있지 않아서 첫날부터 체크인이 잘 못 되었고 직원들 사이에 의사소통이 전혀 되고 있지 않습니다.
또한 4일 숙박하는 동안 컴플레인한 부분이 전혀 시정되지 않았고 연락준다하면서 한번도 연락오지 않았습니다.

체크인-아웃시 리셉션 응대자가 없어서 당황했습니다. 체크인시 담당자와 통화해야 체크인이 되는 시스템입니다. 객실에 비해 외부 주차공간이 적어서 자리났을때 호다닥 주차해야하는 편. 객실자체는 만족합니다. 한라산뷰 예상했는데 시티뷰+호텔 바로앞 호수뷰 기대와는 달라서 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

서귀포를 여행하는 이들을 위한 최고의 호텔입니다. 조식도 괜찮고, 칠십리시공원 앞에 있어
아침산책도 할 수 있어요. 객실에서 보이는 공원 풍경입니다!

화장실에 들어갔을때 바디워시와 물비누가 바닥으로 흘러내리고 있어 교체설치를 요구했고, 다음날 교체해 주셨지만, 호텔 첫느낌은 그다지 좋지 않았다.
침대는 마음에 들었다...

깨끗하고 저렴

모텔 같은 B급 호텔들이 많이 있는데 이곳은 그렇지 않습니다. 저렴한 가격에 최고이지 않나 싶습니다. 화장실이 어두운 거 빼고는 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 프론트 직원분들도 매우 친절합니다.

가격대비 딱 그정도

깨끗하고 다 좋은데 욕실 불이 너무 컴컴했구요
낮엔 프론트 직원이 번호만 적어놓고 자릴 비워서...조금 불편했어요ㅠㅠ
