Important information:

1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Nice room but very impersonal experience

Neat room with decent bathroom

Cons:

No staff on site, and you have to check in online to get a code. It did not work on my phone, despite going through that process. The help line was initially reluctant to help, and I thought there would be no further contact, but I did receive an email with the necessary details.

Key card lockbox did not work so another code was sent by email and someone was sent to reset it, arriving in the very early hours and waking me up. This reset could have been done after check out.

One window could not be locked shut, and this made me feel quite vulnerable, in an unstaffed building.

Make sure ur pictures on the app matches the rooms.
Cons:

Its been three week that I book this place, the first time was really cool, the second time the whole room smelled of cigarets, not clean at all. Third time, the said its a king sized bed in the bedroom, however it was just two single bed next to each other, in the middle of-the night you would woke up and feel you have sleep in a hole.

Cons:

no hay nadie en recepción, los teléfonos no funcionan a según qué horas y el chat de whatsapp tampoco, por lo que tienes que llamar a booking para que te ayude.

Great location, good value for money, could do with some updating.
Pros:

Its location close to the centre. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

The walls were tired with chipped paint. The hairdryer didn’t work although the staff sent another one quite quickly.
There is no reception so you need to call a central number if something is wrong.

Good craic, great location.

Brilliant location. Easy access. Great price.

Cons:

Some of the equipment in the kitchen didn't work..the bathroom is good but very close to the kitchen.
There is a constant noise from the fan in the wall of the bedroom. We were told we had booked a suite with a bath but it was not so. But for the money I won't complain.
The water pressure ran out on the Saturday.
The light on the bed head board needs fixing
It is just small stuff that needs attention to bring things back to 5 out of 5. The hot plate wasn't working.
All that said u would go back. 😎
