1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hermosa habitación en Liverpool
Pros:

Muy lindo, cómodo el colchón, todo super limpio. Hermoso para ir cuando vayas a Liverpool.

Cons:

Para ingresar tuve algunas dificultades, ya que debían enviarme los códigos de accesos y no me los enviaron en tiempo y forma. Solo cuando reclamamos y porque había personal de limpieza lo pudimos solucionar rápido. Hubo varias personas que estaban en la misma situación.

Our stay was ok. The room was fairly comfortable and in a good area
Pros:

The location was good, not far from nightlife and the city centre.

Easy instructions to enter building and ger the key pad

Cons:

No lift to get to the third floor.

The walls in the room were all scratched and the furniture looked old.

Cons:

In the description on the app, it says king bed, when U get to the place, its two single bed next to each other. When you sleep on it you and your partner get into a whole between the two single bed. I think my back still hurts from the bad sleep caused by the bed.

The location was great.Near bars shops and the train station.

Cons:

The pull out bed was horrendous.
The lighting was terrible
We paid for 5 people yet only 3 knives and folks and only 4 cups.
Definetely not equipped for 5 people.

Reasonably easy to get into with the door codes, location wasn't terrible.

Cons:

Bathroom door didn't close properl.
windows were single pane glass so the noise of the main road outside was ever-present.
Windows were stiff, difficult to open/close and one of the latches were broken.
One of the two blankets had blood on it.
The complimentary tea, coffee and sugar was just old sachets that had been taken from McDonald's and coffee shops.
The complimentary shower gel and shampoo were in the in such small bottles they were practically one use, and near impossible to open at all.
