1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit nonresident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Loved the size of the room. Loved the location. Loved how soundproof it was, you could not hear the other rooms at all. Phone reception lines were answered really quickly and everyone was lovely to talk to. A rep to come see you if you do have issues is available. Also communication leading up to the day was great too, got back to my questions quickly. some of the reviews about getting in worried me but it was so easy and they sent the access codes promptly.
The price of late check-out per hour is crazy. £15 per hour.
The location was great and it was also clean.
The sofa bed was broken and couldn't really be slept on. Staff came quickly to repair it but it was a really uncomfortable night's sleep.

Location, it had air con.
Room a bit tired looking, net curtain missing so had to keep curtains closed, shower door did not stay closed just flapped! No water on Sunday morning had to wait half hour before could shower. Storage space very minimal with only 3 hangers. No remote control for TV so could not use, did message and they said would get one to me asap, but none arrived, we would have liked to watch the football Saturday night, had to watch on my phone!

The apartment stank of sewerage, none of the A/C units worked, someone came to clean the drains but this made no difference whatsoever. The apartment was roasting, the sofa bed was paper thin and super uncomfortable. Basic stuff like the TV remote didn’t work -this they did bring replacement batteries for. I was told they would try and find me an alternative apartment but I never heard from them again -just empty promises. Do not stay here - stay anywhere else. We booked it for my daughter’s graduation and it was a huge mistake we all slept really badly and the stench was horrific. I’ve requested a refund but still haven’t heard back from customer services who are totally useless. I sent so many messages none of them were replied to.

The water pressure in the shower and the shower valve is broken
Amazing location, room size was way bigger than we expected, bed was comfortable and shower/water pressure were both good! Quick reply from the apart hotel when contacted.
Small leak from the bathroom tap meant we used our towels to clean the wet floor - housekeeping and maintenance were informed and the reply from the apart hotel was quick.
No lift - stairs up multiple floors.

The room could do with a lick of paint. We could hear every foot step from the flat above which woke up several times during the night, I feel some better quality sound proofing would help

Access codes for other guests were sent to me, alongside their email addresses, a clear breach of personal data regulations, as well as a huge concern for our own security. I received no response to me contacting them about this until after the stay. The air conditioning in the apartment was not working, which in the middle of a heatwave meant that we had to open the windows to reduce the temperature to a degree of bearable (still incredibly hot) and a lot of noise from outside. A very disappointing stay alongside serious concerns about the hotel's ability to manage personal data securely. Consideration of a refund - or even a partial refund - has been rejected by the hotel.
