Good location, small room.

Bad experience
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Unable to access room late at night as did not have room key. Also door code a problem to gain access to the property. Stayed the night in room next door as the door was open
In the morning spoke to housekeeper who obtained a room key and we found the room very small with not much hanging space for clothes. We were then charged extra for cleaning the room next door and the loss of a keyboard. Did not stay and booked in elsewhere for more.money! Would not recommend.Unhappy is an under statement.

Cheap in the city centre, if you must stay
Pros:

Good location, close to shops, bars etc. Quite spacious room. Available tea/coffee/toiletries. Cheap.

Cons:

Windows - not possible to lock (safety issue), black mould in the corners, needs deep clean.
You could hear noise from other rooms.
Generally dark/black decor, not pleasant - could be refreshed.

Fab location. Just no attention to detail
Pros:

The apartment itself is a great apartment in a fantastic location. The shower was great. The added bonus is a private outdoor area, although we didn't get to use it.

Cons:

When we arrived there was an unpleasant smell throughout. It went a little once we aired it out. The apartment lacked the attention to detail. There was paint hanging off the wall above the bed, a hole in the sofa bed and the mattres was uncomfortable. Cobwebs were found in each room.

Great few days in Liverpool
Pros:

Close proximity to local attractions and city centre. Good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Lovely towels!

Cons:

External noise at night. Dim lighting, would benefit from light by mirror to do make up. Lack of any towel rails.
