Pros:

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht da wir ein Festival in der Gegend besucht haben und dort hin laufen wollten. Dafür war die Lage perfekt. Personal war durchweg freundlich.Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Bahnhof muss man ein gutes Stück laufen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war an der Straße gelegen und doch schon recht laut - für uns ist das generell kein großes Problem aber für jemanden der Lärmempfindlich ist, ist es sicher schwierig.

A very basic room at a very high price.
Pros:

Bed was comfy. Wifi was good

Cons:

Reception/hallways were very dirty (leaves, dust, debris and stained carpets in halls). Very small stuffy room. We had credits to use but the rates advertised outside the hotel were 300€ for the cheapest room! Not advertised but even so, no tea/coffe facilities is really not on especially at those prices. On arrival, asked for payment even though it had been prepaid and I had confirmation on booking.com - this was very annoying as unable to contact Booking.com!
Messaged BOOKING.COM and still waiting for an answer- customer services is non existent!

Muy correcto y agradable.
Pros:

Muy confortable y habitación espaciosa.
Desayuno muy completo y variado. Personal muy atento y amable. Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa para poder descansar. Parada de bus muy cerca del hotel, a 2 min. Relación calidad- precio magnífica. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

No es céntrico el hotel si buscas uno cerca del centro de París, pero fui a ver el Rock en Seine y estaba muy próximo para este festival, por lo que me vino fantástico regresar caminando.

Cons:

Pas de chance une panne d’électricité a 22h a un peu perturbé la soirée
Pas de Clim en pleine canicule obligée de dormir fenêtre ouverte avec chambre qui donne sur rue très passante et peur d’une intrusion étant presque au niveau du Rez de chausse
Au réveil je découvre que j’ai dormi avec beaucoup de sauterelles !
L’évier du lavabo bouché ☹️

L'hôtel est situé à côté de plusieurs arrêts de bus rendant cela très pratique.
J'ai réservé pour me rendre au festival Rock en scène, justement pour sa proximité avec celui/ci et je n'ai pas été déçue, il était très simple de se rendre au festival depuis l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le seul petit point négatif que je pourrais relever c'est le petit déjeuner. En effet, j'ai trouvé qu'il était un peu limité sur les produits

Overall we had a lovely short stay there
Pros:

The room was clean, the bathroom was new and squeaky clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing

There was a weird noise that we always heard from outside the room / the corridor, not sure what it was from but it was a bit annoying.

Personal incompetente e inflexible...
Cons:

No iba a poder ir el día que reservé, contacté al Hotel una semana antes para cambiarlo a otro día en el que tenían disponibilidad, también propuse que me hicieran descuento o que simplemente me cambiasen el desayuno que pagué el día que no iba a poder estar al otro y me dijeron que no a todo, así que me quedé en otro hotel.
Además pedí la factura y me la han hecho mal 3 veces, aún no me la han enviado bien...
