•Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
•Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht
•Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig (Geräusche aus Nachbarzimmern deutlich hörbar)
•Zimmer wirken eher kühl von der Temperatur
•Essen (außer Frühstück) ausbaufähig

Overall a wonderful place to stay at.
Pros:

Point blank by Koli National Park. Nice, helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Wonderful spa. I really enjoyed watching the skiers and snowboarders head down the hill. Got to see the Northern Lights.

Cons:

I wish there weren’t two large pine trees in front of the window creating an obstructed view.

Pros:

Olen aikaisemmilla kerroilla pitänyt paikasta paljon, hotelli on kauniilla paikalla ja spa on aikaisemmin ollut miellyttävä kokemus.

Cons:

Jouduimme odottamaan ruokia JA alkujuomia kohtuuttoman kauan, vaikkei ravintola ollut edes puoliksi täynnä. Hotelli huone oli todella likainen, yöpöydät olivat tahmaiset ja meille oltiin jätetty pölyiset ja rikkinäiset lasit. Asiakaspalvelu oli todella töykeää ja aspat olivat todella elämäänsäkyllästyneitä. Spa osasto oli TODELLA epäsiisti, eikä esimerkiksi tyhjiä kiuluja oltu kerätty pois. Lattiat kelluivat vedestä ja ympäristö oli erittäin epäsiisti. Maksoimme yhden yön oleskelusta todella kalliin hinnan ja saamamme palvelu oli ala arvoista ja ympäristö todella epäsiisti. Aamupalallakin puolet tuotteista oli tyhjiä, eikä niitä kukaan tullut täyttämään.

Rentouttava ja romanttinen viikonloppu mahtavassa Kolin maisemissa.
Pros:

Hotellihuone oli laitettu todella nätiksi ja kylpylä yllätti, sillä kävin ensimmäistä kertaa siellä 😀. Ravintolan ruoka oli todella hyvää ja maukasta.

Cons:

Majoituspaikassa ei ollut sellaisia asioista joista en olisi pitänyt. Enemmänkin kehitys kohteen huomasimme aamupalalla aamupala-linjaston, joka tuntui aika ruuhkaiselta. Se tuntui semmoiselta kehityskohteelta😀.

Info hissin kulusta klo 22 jälkeen oli puuttellinen/virheellinen. Vaikea saada kukaan kiinni puhelimitse ja "hissipuhelimella" tuloiltana.

Great food, skiing, staff, drinks, and atmosphere!
Pros:

Everything worked like a charm. The staff was great, food was excellent, skiing was fabulous. You truly have a world-class place! Trust me, I have been all around the world. Unique atmosphere, quite different from ski centers in Lapland. I liked it very much!

Cons:

I liked everything. I'm sorry, I'm not your best resource what comes to market research. Even the fact that we had to park the car down to the parking place turned to an asset. The lift was remarkable!

The spa should definitely be included in the hotel stay. Otherwise, there's no point in coming here for such a price
Pros:

This is my 5th time on holiday here and the nature and location of the hotel are excellent.

Cons:

Dear management, first of all, thank you! My only request is to include the spa in the room price, as was the case before. Will I come again for a price that doesn't include the spa? Of course not. The price is very high for a room, but at least make the spa free like everywhere else. Or limit access... This is simply my opinion, formed after visiting the hotel.
