Personnel au top !
Pros:

Un personnel au petit soin qui nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires. L’hôtel est très bien situé, juste à côté de la voie piétonne.

Cons:

La situation en plein coeur de Playa peut aussi représenter un inconvénient puisque l’établissement est proche d’un bar très bruyant…

Prettig hotel
Pros:

Fijne, ruime kamer. Prettige sfeer, schoon. Behulpzaam personeel (we konden gratis onze koffer langer laten staan voor een paar dagen.) Groot bed.

Nice hotel but would not recommend it simply because of the noise coming from the bar .
Pros:

The hotel and staff were lovely. Our room was large with a nice balcony. Pool area also nice to chill in the afternoon.

Cons:

Did not like that you had to take dishes from your room to have breakfast, nowhere comfortable to sit and eat your breakfast and the fact we had to wash dishes afterwards. Not the hotels fault but there is a bar directly opposite that plays loud banging music until the early hours of the morning. . Otherwise hotel would be in a good location for visiting Playa Del Carmen .
