Lugar acogedor con ubicación excepcional
Pros:

La atención del personal fue maravillosa y la ubicación del establecimiento es excepcional. Está cerca de la 5a avenida, la playa y de bares y restaurantes.
La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien equipada con amenidades como shampoo, acondicionador, shower gel, body lotion, secador de cabello, caja de seguridad así como de platos, cubiertos y cristalería.

Cons:

Tuve problemas con el wifi en mi habitación.

Für eine Nacht aushaltbar, länger nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber und geräumig.

Wir haben unseren 4-tägigen Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abgebrochen und uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Es ist leider wirklich sehr laut. Die Bar auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite beschallt ab 16:00 Uhr am Nachmittag bis 03:00 Uhr Früh das Hotel, so dass der Bass bis ins Bett dröhnt. Unser Zimmer hatte aufgrund der Lage mit Fenstern zum Gang/Innenhof quasi kein Tageslicht. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war so schwach und der Duschkopf so verkalkt, dass wir uns mit einer Plastikflasche helfen mussten, um überhaupt irgendwie die Haare waschen zu können.

Struttura molto curata e esteticamente molto piacevole .Personale cortese e disponibile.La struttura è in una zona abbastanza centrale comoda a tutti i servizi.

Cons:

4 giorni in cui non ho praticamente dormito . La struttura è posizionata di fronte ad un bar/discoteca che mette musica fino alle 3 di notte . Anche munito di tappi personali di qualità ,il sonno faceva fatica ad arrivare causa bassi molto pesanti che rimbombavano in tutta la stanza . Inoltre il letto che mi è stato venduto come king size nella prenotazione , di fatto non lo era . Io sono abbastanza alto e ho dovuto dormire in diagonale per non avere mal di schiena (avanzavo dalla caviglia in poi).

Pros:

Superbe chambre, situé en plein cœur de Playa del Carmen. La chambre est bien équipée avec cuisine et tout le nécessaire. La piscine est très bien. Il y a plein de petits espaces pour se reposer.

Genial. Pero deben avisar del bar de enfrente.
Pros:

La localización es muy buena, a una calle de la principal y cerca de la playa.
El personal es encantador, servicial y atento.
La piscina está muy bien, es ecológico y concienciado con el medioambiente.
Muy bien acondicionado, con todas las necesidades, jabones, toallas, amenities en las habitaciones, café y agua gratis.
Es tranquilo y acogedor durante el día.
Te dejan toallas para la playa y piscina.
Incluye el desayuno, sencillo pero rico.
Te gestionan el parking para los coches ellos.

Cons:

Por las noches hay un bar enfrente que la música está a tope hasta las 2.30am. Las habitaciones retumban y se oye incluso en las alejadas interiores y último piso.
Imaginad las que están justo enfrente. Mi amiga tuvo que pedir un cambio de habitación.
Que la piscina no se pueda usar a partir de las 21.00.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Location was great, hotel was clean, staff Was helpful during our stay, bed and pillows were confortable. It was very helpful that we had coffee in our room. Also, we have water available.

Cons:

If you are a lighter sleeper, you should consider another property cause there is a bar in front of the hotel. Our days were full of activities so we were so tired. We didn’t have any problem sleeping
