Super Service, ein bisschen abseits des Zentrums aber alles sehr schnell erreichbar.
Pros:

Der Service war hervorragend: Abholung am Hafen, medizinische Versorgung, bringen vom Gepäck am Flughafen, Tipp für Restaurant inkl. Sonderwünschen.
Pool sehr sauber. Betten komfortabel. Sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte ein bisschen umfangreicher und abwechslungsreicher sein, und die Zeiten länger (nur bis 8:30).

Cómodo hotel y bien ubicado
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a unas cuadras de todo. El hotel es limpio y cómodo. Tenían muchas facilidades como toallas limpias para ir a la playa, paraguas para el sol, snacks, etc.

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho los ruidos de afuera en la habitación e incluso se escuchaba entre las habitaciones. Y también que el baño no tenía ventana ni extractor.

Pros:

We loved the friendly and welcoming staff.
The room was lovely with a comfy bed.
Great facilities we loved the pool, the book swap area and the location to everything.
There was a great cafe right next door with great food.
We loved the snacks and tea and coffee making facilities and the great breakfast each day.
They even had bikes to use which were great 👍

Muy buena estancia en Puerto Ayora. Hotel familiar, limpio y muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy conveniente para recorrer la zona y acceder fácilmente a los principales lugares de interés.
El desayuno nos gustó. No era un buffet enorme, sino un desayuno sencillo y muy casero, con fruta, huevos y todo lo necesario para empezar bien el día. Nos pareció de muy buena calidad y suficiente.
La limpieza fue impecable durante toda nuestra estancia. Todo estaba muy bien cuidado y ordenado.
Nos gustaron mucho los pequeños detalles que tuvieron con los huéspedes. Nos obsequiaron un tomatodo y unas mochilitas, que fueron muy útiles durante nuestra estancia. Además, la primera noche ofrecieron bebidas y snacks de cortesía en el mini bar, un gesto muy amable que nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde nuestra llegada.
La piscina siempre estuvo muy limpia y bien mantenida. Incluso vimos que utilizaban un robot de limpieza para mantenerla en excelentes condiciones, lo que demuestra el cuidado y la atención que ponen en las instalaciones.
El personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Belén super servicial en Recepción.
El hotel nos ayudó a coordinar la movilidad y las excursiones, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera mucho más cómoda y sin preocupaciones.
El dueño está muy presente en el hotel, supervisando personalmente que todo funcione bien. Es una persona con mucha experiencia en Galápagos, muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Conoce muy bien las islas y brinda excelentes consejos para organizar las visitas y aprovechar al máximo la estadía.

Cons:

Como sugerencia de mejora, en el dormitorio, sería útil contar con un segundo soporte para maletas o algún banco donde apoyar el equipaje, ya que solo había un portamaletas y el resto de las maletas terminaban en el piso.

Hotel Santa Fe is first class. I doubt you can find better.
Pros:

The staff, facilities and location was really excellent. I travel worldwide and this quaint private hotel treats you like a 5 star premium hotel is trained to treat their guests. Absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

Breakfast was good. It had everything needed including to order cooked eggs, yogurts, juice. Bread selection could have been a little better, but nothing else.

Estancia agradable en puerto Ayora
Pros:

Las instalaciones son modernas y cómodas y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

No por culpa del hotel, tuvimos un problema con el transfer del aeropuerto. El conductor nos ofreció un visita sin advertirnos ni consultarnos sobre extra de precio. Cuando llegamos al alojamiento nos pidió pagarle 60$. El hotel medió en la situación y finalmente pagamos 50$.

Todo,,, Mabe y Belén son las mejores,,en recepción siempre amables me ayudaron con todo lo que necesitaba, recomendarles que ubiquen con ellos los toures y con un día de anticipación,,las agencias no son lo más confiable,,,con ellos es seguro, nos dieron regalos de bienvenida snacks,, todo el personal es muy amable,,,el desayuno espectacular,muchas opciones,,la verdad la mejor opción le doy 7 estrellas.

Lovely hotel, small and cosy, warm and kind staff
Pros:

They were so kind to us, they left a nice gift 🎁 when we told them we were on our honeymoon.
The hotel os well located and clean, room service daily of course and breakfast but we didn't try it because we wanted to sleep in everyday. We later found out they also offer to take it to your room! They also provided lift from and to airport included in the price which is very rare as most hotels want to charge over 50 for it. Very happy we found this hotel last minutes as our previous booking got cancelled a day before travelling. Also they have a coffee dispenser open 24/7 so you can have coffee anytime my husband was very happy about.

Wonderful, delightful, boutique hotel with exceptional staff and wonderful breakfast!
Pros:

Hotel Santa Fe is a beautiful boutique hotel! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (especially Mabe), everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was delicious and fresh cooked to one's requests, they had well-maintained bicycles for guests to use, the pool was gorgeous, and they offered free airport pick-up and return transportation, which is amazing!! This hotel is a real gem!

Очень хороший отель за свои деньги. Бесплатный индивидуальный трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, бесплатный минибар, чай, кофе в любое время. Очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал. Хороший номер, кондиционер, удобная кровать. Завтрак оптимальный и вкусный. Придраться не к чему.

Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, но его по другому там и не разместить
