Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The place was quiet and nice and the staff was great. They helped us with anything we needed. We used their laundry service and it was very nice as well.
We liked it because it was in a quiet part of town and the rooms were big.

A lovely small hotel and the staff and location was really good
We loved the welcoming atmosphere with the little extras that made all the difference; a taxi waiting for our arrival at the airport, a welcome drink, complimentary drinks and snacks in the rooms and mostly the friendly staff. This hotel definitely goes above and beyond to welcome guests. They even allowed us to use the facilities after checkout.

Great location, lovely pool, lovely staff and very clean.
It would be good to have a mirror in the bedroom, the only mirror was in the bathroom.
The best sleep we had in our entire time on the Galapagos. It was very quiet at night. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and started early/before excursions. Taxi from and to the airport is included, which is a plus and saves you USD 30 each way.

It is a few blocks from town centre. The mini bar is free but is not replenished daily. So if you stay one night, you win. We stayed 4. Doesn’t make sense.

This is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was wonderful! The staff was incredibly accommodating. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything about it was perfect!
We wish we could’ve stayed longer.
Everything was great, escpecially, that we directly get our room at 9:30 pm and could leave our lagguage until 2pm in a secured area until our ferry was scheduled. The mini bar in the rooms as well as water, coffee and tea is included the whole day. We went completly wet due to rain and could use the towels and infrastructure to get changed.
Everything was a pleasure
It is a nice resort with several opportunities to sit next to the pool even when it is raining. There is always free water, coffee, tea and a mini bar. The rooms are amazing. The breakfast was fresh and well prepared.

The room is spacious. I liked that hotel picked me up from port of the island ( 40 km away from hotel ) to the hotel, pick and return is included as part of their service. They do have contacts to organize tours, which is a pity since I did not know about that. There a free mini snack bar, water and coffee to take. Room is very clean. I felt home and safe in this hotel.
The room is not properly isolated, so on my first day of arrival, i was very tired and needed to sleep to get some rest, but I could not do this because I could hear a child outside. The bed was very good to sleep on, however, the pillow is a bit too hard to sleep on.
A grate location. Near the city center but too noisy.

Too little Shampo and Towels
Good location, clean, friendly staff, good value for money. This hotel was recommended to us by a friend who stayed here. We are passing on the recommendation to our other friends and anyone else planning to visit the Galapagos.
