Everything was good.
The hotel has a great location in Porto, close to the city center and within walking distance of many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the hotel had a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.
Overall, everything was very good. The only inconvenience was that the hotel does not have its own parking, so we had to use a nearby parking garage.
Loved the slippers and the toiletries, including the soft toothbrush. Loved the pillows. The bed was very comfortable. Our balcony was awesome and the wall separating the kid room between the family room was absolutely perfect since it didn’t close off the kid, but it also provided enough privacy. The mini bar provided enough space for us to store some items. The bidet was excellent, and the shower heads were very functional. The lighting was accessible and all the power outlets worked. The temperature control was also in good functioning order. The cleaning service was prompt and efficient as were the front desk workers. And it was easy to enter an exit the hotel door of our room and use the staircase, so we did not need to take the elevator. But I loved the bathrobes too. There was plenty of lighting and plenty of storage. My favorite thing was the steamer so that I could steam my clothes. It also worked very well. Highly recommend.
The pool was very small and the towels had a bit of a smell, perhaps from the water? After 12 hours of travel with a child in tow, the 3pm checkin time was pretty brutal but the hotel staff did an amazing job of getting us a room as quickly as possible.

Excellent services, good food and great location at a good price. The breakfast was good, the restaurant and bar was excellent. The room was nice with a view of the square and no problem sleeping with a comfortable mattress. The front desk was always taking care of our needs We will be back.
Excellent stay at NH Collection Porto Batalha. The food was very good and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Bruno, who looked after us so well — friendly, professional and attentive. He really made our experience even better. Highly recommended!
El personal de recepción amabilísimo.
La relación calidad precio bastante mala. Pedimos una habitación triple con tres camas separadas con meses de antelación, y nos encontramos con una única cama de matrimonio y una cama supletoria incomodisima: colchon fino, muelles que se clavan y hacen ruido. Por otro lado, las cortinas dejan pasar la luz, lo que resulta de lo más frustrante a primera hora de la mañana. El menaje muy viejo: toallas muy estropeadas, paredes con el papel levantado... La habitación no se ventila y huele raro, a ambiente cargado. La luz del baño y de la habitación era terrible (imposible maquillarse o depilarse). La televisión muy antigua para un hotel de 4 estrellas: unos cuantos canales y nada de wifi.
