Great choice to book this hotel. We would highly recommend it.
Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Our room was very clean and comfortable and well equipped for our 6 night stay.

Cons:

As Canadians we like to sleep in a cool room at night. It just took awhile to get it down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. Everything else was perfect.

As informações que constam no booking.com e que sei que são atualizadas por alguém responsável por o fazer dentro da estrutura (departamento) de uma cadeia hoteleira não são as praticadas pelo hotel (front-office). Horas de check-in, check-out e preço de pequeno almoço estão erradas. Quando demonstrei esta inconsistência e até partilhei por mail as informações com o hotel, não recebi, até hoje, nem se quer um pedido de desculpas. Além disso, tinha solicitado esclarecimento através de mensagem na reserva booking.com pois achei estranho a hora do check-out ser das 5h:30m até às 9h:30m da manhã e a hora de check-in ser apenas das 15h às 17h, quis confirmar, mas esta mensagem nunca foi respondida, passadas 12h sem resposta, tive que ligar para o contato telefónico. Penso que a proatividade, atenção e serviço ao cliente fazem a diferença neste tipo de sector e alojamento/produto, não entendo esta falta de resposta e indiferença perante o cliente.

Excellent séjour au NH Porto
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel NH à Porto. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement des principaux sites touristiques.
Les prestations sont de grande qualité : chambre confortable, propre et bien équipée, avec une literie très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement remarquable, très varié, copieux et composé de produits frais, parfait pour bien commencer la journée.
Enfin, l’accueil mérite une mention spéciale : personnel professionnel, souriant et attentif, toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes et donner de bons conseils.

Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
