Perfect 3 night stay for us in Porto. The hotel couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs.

Great location and kind, helpful staff. Breakfast was outstanding as was the breakfast staff.

Buen hotel con spa anunciado sin funcionar

Cons:

La piscina que era el principal motivo de la selección de este hotel agua fría chorros que llevan un año sin funcionar y el baño turco tampoco funcionaba.

Fun and convenient for a stay in Porto
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere. We checked out the pool, which was quite nice given such a central location that cannot afford to have huge spaces. They also have sauna and turkish bath.

Great location, high quality accommodation, pity the pool and gym were not available.
Pros:

Great location, right in the centre of Porto everything was within walking distance. Staff were friendly, courteous and took genuine care. Bruno in particular was a standout.

Cons:

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a small indoor pool and for the duration of our stay it was closed due to a maintenance issue. This was very disappointing for my two teenage children and we probably would have chosen another option had we known. The staff did everything they could to communicate about the issue and it was beyond their control but none the less disappointing. The gym was also inaccessible for 24 hours for the same issue, the pool was inoperable for 3 days.
