Good, practical choice in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, good view, nice bathroom

Cons:

Some confusion over a request for one double room for us and a twin for our children - ended up with two twins.

Excellent location, lovely rooms, spotlessly clean, great food in restaurant on ground floor, fantastic staff on reception and in housekeeping, very helpful and accommodating.
Superb reflexology and massage treatments by Elaine in the Spa.

Great stay and awesome staff!
Pros:

Overall it was a great stay at the hotel! Location was very convenient and safe around. Also our bartender Bruno was great!! He is awesome, nice attitude with big smiles, knowledge on the wines and cocktails, was able to provide many recommendations and made our trip very pleasing!

Said NH on the building but the staff didn't meet the standard. All else was as it should be but I have come to expect more from this brand (one of my favorite hotel brands, so I hold it to a high standard).

Me gustó el trato del personal sobre todo recepción y personal del restaurante. Me han hecho sentir como en casa. Es un hotel muy céntrico, una ubicación perfecta. Hay autobús, metro, Uber o taxi para poder desplazarte.

Tuvo un problema con la persona que limpiaba las habitaciones, pero en recepción y desde el hotel ayudaron y solucionaron. Excelente. En ese sentido destacar la persona que limpiaba fin de semana era súper limpia y amable
