Great stuff and location for a visit.
Pros:

The property was central to a lot of things that you would like to see in Porto. The staff, especially FILIPA was amazing. We were celebrating our honeymoon and she made sure to make our trip extremely comfortable and exciting for us. The breakfast at the location was amazing as well. The room service was amazing. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Posizione, letto comodissimo, camera vista piazza, silenziosa. Personale professionale e sveglio. C'è anche un bar restaurant interno, nel quale consumare brevi lunch o diner

Cons:

uniche due pecche: 1. manca almeno un posto dove appoggiare il trolley, che finisce necessariamente per terra o sulla scrivania. 2. servizio bagno dotato persino di spazzola per capelli, di teli doccia e accappatoi e mancano le ciabatte classiche che si trovano in questi hotel. - L'ascensore funziona (per graditi motivi di sicurezza) solo con la tessera che apre la camera. Ma non sempre funziona e costringe molti clienti a salire e scendere per le scale. Me compreso. più voltre nel corso dei 4 gg di soggiorno

Excellent location, lovely rooms, spotlessly clean, great food in restaurant on ground floor, fantastic staff on reception and in housekeeping, very helpful and accommodating.
Superb reflexology and massage treatments by Elaine in the Spa.

Great stay and awesome staff!
Pros:

Overall it was a great stay at the hotel! Location was very convenient and safe around. Also our bartender Bruno was great!! He is awesome, nice attitude with big smiles, knowledge on the wines and cocktails, was able to provide many recommendations and made our trip very pleasing!
