The bed is comfortable. The room is a good size.

Cons:

When we checked in, the customer service did not wow me. I had to ask about shuttle service and they only have one shuttle to the airport at 6am, our flight departs at 10:00 ams so we will be taking an Uber, instead of the the shuttle. I was not told about any of the amenities aside from the pool. The bed sheets, pillow cases, are dingy white. There was no hair dryer (which I worked around, I ended up washing my hair the day before so that it could air dry).

Cons:

毛巾浴巾都是黑的，被子都是臭的。没有防滑措施，差点摔死我。特别是，保洁脑袋有问题，把洗发液放在外边洗手台而没有放在淋浴间，绝对是脑子有问题。床非常不舒服。绝对不推荐

The staff was amazing.

Cons:

The beds were so hard it felt you were sleeping on the floor. The room was very old and not nice. They don’t have a refrigerator and they don’t have hair dryers.
