Pros:

Room is nearby the green market but given a choice, will not stay again as I found a cockroach in the hotel room, and the recep ladies do not seem friendly/professional. No hairdryer in the room, had to borrow.

great location, affordable price
Pros:

walking distance to greenway shopping and asean night bazaar. spacious and clean room. but the toilet is abit smelly. staff is good. free parking provided.
