Staff need pay attention more when clients check out. When everything all done the staffs should let the clients know so they don’t have to ask

It was nice and perfect except the pool was not available during oue stay for 4nights

We got upgraded to a bigger unit. Nice, clean, spacious with a kitchenette. Bunk bed in separate room. Automatic blinds are a nice touch.
Everything is perfect. We had very good experience at the hotel.
If I had to change something, it'd be the vents. The small room is fine, but the main room? The AC blows directly at the master bed, especially at the head. Hard to sleep with cold air blows at your head.
We will definitely come back though. Good beach, good property, good people, good service. Can't beat that.

Staffs in the front reception are very helpful and attentive, go about and beyond helping with every aspect during my stay , room is very clean, water bottles are well stocked, I was told swimming pool is closed for renovation,( oops I didn’t read the fine prints,) breakfast was very limited food choices, over all the hotel is ok ,

Pool was under renovation. Everything else was amazing.😀 please note: Daily reflexology is ONLY part of the hotel name and not an included amenity that comes with your room. You will have to book by appointment at hotel spa. I was informed about this confusion on arrival and the staff was very accommodating and comped my hotel reflexology spa treatments.

Pool was closed for repair but the property and staff were great!

This is one of the more expensive hotels in the area. It did not have an iron. I asked multiple times and they didn’t bring one. The remote for the tv was out of battery. No dining options other than breakfast. Pool is across the street. They have a bar there but is not in service. I recommend staying down the street closer to My Khe beach. More restaurants and closer to things to do.

View from the studio suite was AMAZING. Reflexology and breakfast were overwhelmed and not available, however after providing feedback to the hotel we were upgraded to the zen rooftop access, which was fantastic and a service I’d pay for upfront if I stay at this property again. Staff was very responsive so overall I was pleased with our stay. One note: the pool is actually across the street and it would be best to try to book the reflexology service well in advance or it may not be available.

Beach is just across the road. View from bedroom is magnificent!. Staff are friendly and helpful. Foot reflexology is good too.

On arrival at 08:00 our room wasn’t ready so we were given a waiting room, even though we were 5 hours early for checkin

Great value, free massage and yoga every day. Staff all very helpful and went the extra mile. Huyen on reception was particularly helpful.
Breakfast anywhere any time works really well around your schedule.
Would highly recommend this hotel and if returning to Da Nang this will be our preferred hotel option.

I upgraded to Zen club with additional payment but it was great, especially about fusion 24 that allows early/late check in/out

The staff is nice and good at English. The location is very convenient. However, the swimming pool is a bit small otherwise everything is good.

Stayed 2 nights in an Ocean Suite with Zen Club privileges & foot reflexology while on vacation with family.
The hotel is across a road from the beach. There is a staff on duty to help guests cross the road to the swimming pool, which is on the beach. The pool is not huge, but by most accounts (from reviews) much better than the "bathtub-size" roof top pools in other hotels.
The Zen Club on the roof top offers a good unobstructed views of the long stretch of beach, which is lined with hotels. It's a good place to relax and enjoy a drink and some snacks between meals.
The suite is huge, but the bunk bed was in an enclosed room with no windows, so our daughter chose to sleep on the large sofa instead.
The breakfast spread was sumptuous, and the complimentary foot reflexology was great. Just be sure to book in advance because slots fill out very quickly.
However, for some reason the water would not drain properly in our bathtub/shower (there was no separate shower) and we'd be standing in ankle deep water while showering. Housekeeping sent an "engineer" who after spending 15 minutes in the bathroom concluded that it was OK. We were told it was flowing, just "slow",

Location is nice but hair dryer is poor and staffs speak really poor English

This is my second stay in Fusion Suite. Staff were accommodating and helpful as always. Special thanks for the free upgrade to the ZEN package, definitely being amazed with the roof top view and the breakfast, coffee break, as well as the cocktail section, wide variety of food and drink with great quality. The complimentary foot reflexology is fabulous. The gym is well-appointed, except the yoga class can be more interesting. Chill and relaxing stay. Definitely will come back again.

Had a nice stay at the hotel. Noise was the only factor with the room. Even being on the 16th floor could still hear road noise, probably due to all the windows. Also, could hear noise once in awhile from room above and below. Great views of the sea and mountains. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast had decent selection of food but the quality was lacking.

Staff knows what is service. The ZEN package we booked was great as it allowed flexible check in/out which suited our flights. The views on the roof are amazing and so is the tea and cocktail hour. Thanks Fusion team, we come back!!
