Pros:

思ったよりホテルが良く、温泉もきれいだし食事はなんだか健康になるような感じでした
夜空の星がとてもきれいに見えてきれいでした

Cons:

残念だったのは山奥族なので、周りに何もないことです。

Nice place for family to stay in Tateyama.
Pros:

The room is quite big with a bathtub. The beds are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Public bath is big, and there are many zones, including the outdoor. Variety of food on the set meal.
The playground is huge and kids love it.

Cons:

Need to replace the table tennis bats and balls.

孫がとても大人びた評価で喜んでいました。

宿はいいけど、マナーの悪いお客さんに注意不足
Pros:

お土産売り場のスタッフさんの方がオススメの施設や
いつこんなのがありますよと教えて頂けたのが良かったです。
あと、食事もアレルギーを伝えてて変更してくださったのですが
ダメなものがあって伝えるとすぐに交換していただきました。

Cons:

カラオケルームの隣の喫煙所にカラオケルーム利用者か分かりませんが
たくさんおられて、喫煙所の中で飲まれてたので入る事ができなかった。
あと、お酒の缶やゴミが散らかってて次の日になっても片付いてなくて不衛星だなと思いました。
マナーの守れない人がおられると行きにくいなーと思いました。
しっかり注意をしていただきたいです。

気持ちよいお風呂でのんびり
Pros:

とろとろのお湯と清潔なお風呂で、心ゆくまでのんびりできました。
スタッフの方は皆さんとても優しく親切で、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
お食事も丁寧にアレルギー対応していただき、本当に助かりました。
ありがとうございました。

Cons:

一つだけ挙げるとすれば、お隣の話し声が意外と聞こえたことです。

A bit pricey but location and food are great
Pros:

The Japanese breakfast and dinner are amazing. The staffs were helpful, the hotel is clean, the onsen is large with different pool options. Shuttle service to the Tateyama station is a plus.

Cons:

A bit pricey as the hotel is a bit dated. Unless you are driving, it can be hard to travel around.
