Disappointing.
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

The rather shabby appearance of the rooms. The drain in the bathroom sink was blocked and giving off foul odours, despite reporting it no remedial action was taken.

Never book through booking for com pay the extra 5 bucks they are zero help if you have an issue.
Pros:

Tried contacting the 101 darmawangsa 10 or 15 times once arrived at the airport to arrange transportation and could not get the hotel to respond or answer the phone via WhatsApp. I ended up getting a taxi to the 101 hotel near the airport and booked a room at the 101 airport hotel instead so I ended up paying for two hotel rooms at two different locations because they can’t answer their phone. They refused to refund my money for the room even though it was the same hotel chain. I will never book through booking.com again they were impossible to get ahold of and were zero help. Matter of fact I was never able to get ahold of booking.

Definitely worth the money.
Pros:

Other than the gym, which is just a dumbbell rack & a couple threadmills, I honestly liked everything. Staff were great, the room was very clean & best of all the location was excellent. The hotel is connected to a mall, which is very convenient. The only two things that could be better are the gym & the laundry service charges. I think, despite having a promotion at the time, charging one US$/piece is too much. Other than that, it's an excellent city hotel in a great location.

Prima hotel, dicht bij een kleine Mall
Pros:

Kamer is rustig en staff erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Verblijf op basis van half pension, ontbijt en avondeten, buffet. Overwegend Indonesische gerechten, Indonesisch is op zich heerlijk, wel veel van hetzelfde. Sota Ayam was er bij avond maar ook bij ochtendbuffet. Westerse produkten schaars: bijvoorbeeld geen gezond volkoren brood, geen yogurt zonder toevoegingen van suiker, overal zit suiker in, lastig om een suikervrije of suikerarme gezonde maaltijd te maken. Geheel van maaltijden doet gedateerd aan, mag wel wat moderner en gezonder.

Good experience
Pros:

The stay was wonderful with friendly staff around to support you when needed. Breakfast was very good with lot of options and Sara the lead staff was helpful.
