the location is pretty good, there are supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurant nearby, the breakfast next door in Cafe Akaya is great. the bed ia pretty comfy. just hard enough
It's very loud at night; you can hear the club playing music until 23:30, and the walls are very thin.
The bathroom stinks because of the sewer gas coming back out of the pipes from the shower as well as the sink. It smelled so bad we needed to cover them with wet towels this whole time.
The bathroom isn't really clean either. I don't mind lime, but yellow stains can be cleaned as well.
The bedsheet also stinks, so I can assume the towels aren't very clean either, so we didn't use them.
The door is incredibly fragile; anyone can push it open. The main gate of the place is also wide open all day and all night. No one is always at the desk, so you can come in, and no one will notice.
The breakfast was bad; it tasted so bad we went next door for breakfast every day.

My room was NOT ready as per booking.
The pool area was lovely but the pool is small so it's probably ideal for only one or two people at a time. The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The location was good. The staff were friendly. Great for a night or two.
The room we had upstairs was small and the pillows were terrible. They were rock hard so I woke up with a headache. The pool is very close to the rooms and their patios so you can feel quite exposed to being watched while using the pool. You get cordial rather than fresh juice for breakfast.

Rooms clean and tidy. Very basic, but you get what you pay for. Very good location in Sanur. Everything, including the beach, within walking distance. Several choises for breakfast.
