The location - opposite Koa yoga studio
It is very tired - needs the bathrooms upgraded and at least cleaned properly.
The noise from the Nesa Combi bar - loud music every night until 11pm
The location is great but the hotel is just a basic Bali hotel. Bedding could all do with an upgrade and as usual bits of repair needed done everywhere. Room was away from the pool which is tinier than it looks in the images. A dribble shower took almost ten minutes for hot water to reach the room ! Breakfast was alright but just basic, better fare on the streets.
We hated the fact that about ten women took over the hotel - literally ! Dare I say it - Australian women ! They took every table at breakfast, shouted and spoke loudly. I learned of someone's pregnant sister at fifteen - need I say more. Then at night and afternoon they all congregated outside a room, again a loud discussion with drinks. One even had a beer bottle alongside the pool while floating around with a glass ! An absolute disgrace in every way they acted and I was not the only other guest that complained, but nothing was done !!!

My only slight criticism was that the hotel quoted the equivalent of £15 for airport pick up. When booking.com was £8 and Grab £5
Also we asked if they had a spare room we could have for a few hours after checkout (due flight times) . Quoted £28 for the three hours when in fact we could have booked a whole day through booking.com for £30 ( Inc breakfast)
Nice pool and garden area. Liked the traditional bungalows and Balinese style.
Nothing wrong with the property but the late night conversation (after midnight most nights) from a nearby business and cigarette smoke entering my room was a bit of a nuisance.
Location was perfect. Bed was very comfy. Good choices for breakfast.

Perfect central location in Sanur, staff were so kind and helpful, breakfast options were delicious, pool was great and the rooms were spacious and great!
At night you can hear Nesa Comby (the bar infront) however the music finishes around 10pm and we ended up being in there most nights as the bands were brilliant anyway, so wasn’t a negative in the end!
Saya menerima konfirmasi persetujuan bahwa kamar bisa ready pada jam 13:00 namun sayang nya pada saat saya sampai di hotel, saya baru bisa masuk kira kira 13:30, yang dikarenakan tamu sebelumnya check out jam 12:00. Hal ini mohon ditingkatkan saja supaya tidak memberikan harapan ke tamu.
