My Husband and I had a great stay in this Hotel! A perfect blend of comfort and luxury! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

Exceptional Service! The Hotel Staffs are very welcoming and accommodating right at the moment we arrived in the Hotel.
The Front Desk and Concierge staffs are friendly, helpful and very attentive on our needs.

Our Hotel Room is spotless clean, spacious, and a very comfortable. We also enjoyed our breakfast at Hyatt Regency "the Cafe"- Food is really good!

Aside from the Hotel- My Husband and I enjoyed our days playing in the Casino, dining in the Restaurants, Cafes and Shops.

Excellent location nearby the airport just (10-15mins) away from the Hotel. Walking distance to Shopping Mall and local Restaurants. The best place to stay to when you arrive or departing from Manila, Ph🇵🇭

I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. One thing that could be improved is the check-in experience - the lady at the front desk seemed a bit rushed and could work on her customer service skills. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again

Pros:

Very comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff especially housekeeping. It was my son's birthday and they surprised us with a nice balloon decoration on the bed with a cute stuffed toy plus a slice of yummy chocolate cake! It made my son so happy!

Valet parking is TOO EXPENSIVE
