Tout, le design, la situation, le personnel!

Cons:

Manque absolument une cafetière et une bouillotte dans la chambre!!! Le fitness est trop sombre et enfermé pour un endroit si lumineux!

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour circuler aisément tout au long de l’île !
Des lieux très propres, peut même sembler aseptisé parfois, avec une déco tout de blanc vêtu (manque légèrement de personnalité)
Une chambre spacieuse avec balcon + terrasse !!
Une piscine magnifique et un petite déjeuner bien garni!!

Cons:

Déco pourrait être plus intimiste avec des blantes notamment sur les terrasses des chambres
Un matelas sur le transat de la terrasse serait apprécié

Struttura stupenda, ci siamo trovati da Dio! Tutto perfetto, tranne un piccolo malinteso al check-out.
Ci è stato detto che avevamo consumato tre cose dal frigo bar, quando in realtà non avevamo toccato nulla. Fortunatamente la ragazza alla reception è stata gentilissima e super professionale, risolvendo la cosa senza metterci in imbarazzo.
È solo un piccolo dettaglio su cui l'hotel dovrebbe fare più attenzione per evitare disguidi, ma l'esperienza complessiva resta ottima. Consigliatissimo!

Delightful hotel and would come back here and definitely recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

I really liked how clean and luxurious the hotel felt. True to reviews this time. The staff were excellent and very polite and helpful. The breakfast choices were delightful and varied. The WiFi worked. Beds comfortable. Everywhere clean and well kept. Book a few months in advance for a good deal.

Cons:

One night we got back after midnight and we couldn’t find a shop open to buy water. And the hotel reception area was also closed so we wished there was a water fountain available or a vending machine with water perhaps.

Pros:

Nos pareció un hotel excepcional en todos los sentidos. *Amabilidad, un 10: nos dejaron hacer el check in a las 11:30 de la mañana en lugar de las 15:00. Además mi esposa les comentó que habiamos elegido este hotel para celebrar nuestras bodas de plata y cual fue nuestra sorpresa que por la tarde nos encontramos una botella de cava con unas copas. Un detalle que no vamos a olvidar.
*Limpieza, un 10: cambio diario de las sabanas y renovación de las toallas y la sensacion de higiene en el comedor.
*Restauracion y servicio, un 10: alta calidad en el buffet de desayunos asi como en la comida en el restaurante Carmen, situado dentro del hotel. Camareros y encargados amables y con una sonrisa siempre.
*Ubicación: Muy buena, a 10m de Ses Illetes o Llevant y a otros 10 de Sant Francesc Xavier. La Savina un poco mas alejado, 15m pero es que la isla es lo que es.

Bello ma la prossima volta proverò una struttura diversa

Struttura molto bella, piuttosto recente credo. A me piace molto il total white e devo dire che le mie aspettative sono state esaudite

Cons:

Sono rimasta un po’ delusa dalla mia camera. Ho prenotato diversi mesi prima pagando non poco. In ogni caso la vista era verso l’interno e non un granché. Fin qui ok
In teoria avrei dovuto avere un terrazzino ad uso personale sulla mia camera con due lettini. Peccato che di fianco avevo dei motori, probabilmente dei generatori che rendevano la permanenza impossibile per il forte rumore che mi ha disturbata anche tutta notte nonostante gli infissi chiusi. Buona la colazione
