Great location but needs alot of work to come up to a decent standard
Pros:

Very competent and friendly staff

Cons:

Tired and dated room furniture.
Poor quality bed
Dated and poor function of ensuite fixtures and fittings

Room was nice recently refurbished and lovely staff

Cons:

Booked very last minuate so didnt realise it was an ipas centre ,there was an awful smell around the lobby and rest of hotel very run down.Only for it was so late whwn we got there i woyld not have stayed.

Housekeeping needs to knock first , wait for a response before entering a room.
Pros:

Beds where comfortable and room was spacious.

Cons:

Sitting in the room and the door just opened , without knocking , a man proceeded to walk on in . A young women by herself in the room, and this man walked on in without warning or knocking. Very bad behaviour leaving me feeling uncomfortable to stay again.

The bed and evening meal

Cons:

Could not recommend. No manager on duty and no person in charge. Very poor breakfast service ( had to wait for 5 min for bread other items came in dribs and drabs, showers in swimming pool not working (not told and no explanation given), horrible smell in lobby (night time)

Tout était parfait
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, grand lit, super bien équipé. L’espace bien-être est très agréable, le petit-déjeuner complet. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. A small selection but pretty much everything we needed as a family. Also had a selction of Glueton Free Bread for guests. There also a small leisure club within the grounds of the hotel with easy access. The staff were excellant nice, polite and alway made you feel they there were there to help you

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated and shows it age in certain parts. But there was nothing bad and it was very clean.

Pros:

Frokosten var helt OK. Stort rom og stort bad. Vi booket trippelrom og det var ordentlige senger til alle - ikke sovesofa. Det trekker opp. Hyggelig betjening.

Pros:

Not a hotel it is an IPAS centre, staff was nice but no atmosphere, had to walk outside to get to rooms, pool closed, old and outdated only booked hotel as we had a funeral in Ballina but would never go near it again.
