Carino ma poco curato
Pros:

La piscina é molto bella. L'appartamento é spazioso. Lo staff molto gentile. La pulizia "di base" é fatta bene.

Cons:

Il problema principale è la cucina: le padelle andrebbero sostituite come il filtro della cappa (molto sporco), il legno al lato dei fornelli a gas è bruciacchiato (andrebbe installata un'isloazione o qualcosa per la sicurezza...) e non vengono neanche fornite le spugne e il sapone per pulire i piatti (che ci sono stati fornito una volta richiesti)

Il letto matrimoniale è formato da due letti singoli che si allontanano molto facilmente lasciando un buco in mezzo.

In generale manca manutenzione all'appartamento (ventola del bagno fissata male , boiler che gocciola, il gancio delle persiane ti rimane in mano, ecc...)

Good apartment, perfect for a longer stay.
Walking distance from street food and carnival, it was great for cheaper and good meals and diversion for the kids (not sure if its there the entire year or just for the summer)
also walking distance from the beach and 15min drive from Leuca.
The staff is nice and the lifeguard was really nice with my kids, even though we don’t speak Italian nor he speaks English.

Cons:

Not really something we didn’t like, but the pool is great but it is closed from 12h30 to 16h00.

L accoglienza e lo staff, le stanze semplici ma funzionali e pulite.

Cons:

La posizione risulta un po' lontano dal paese e soprattutto dalla spiaggia non tanto all andata che tutta discesa ma al ritorno. Se si scende in paese o al mare in macchina bisogna considerare un costo della sosta su strisce blu di almeno €5.

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questo Residence. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutto lo staff gentilissimo, disponibilissimo, sempre col sorriso e pronto a esaudire ogni nostra richiesta.
Ringrazio tutti, da Biagio, Ivan, sua moglie, Stefania, tutti i ragazzi del bar!
La piscina stupenda, i miei figli l'hanno amata! Il mare, ristoranti e supermercati a pochi minuti da noi.
Grazie davvero a tutti, vi portiamo nel cuore!!

The studio is nice.

Cons:

There are no soap, sponge, extra toilet paper.
I don’t understand and do not tolerate the beauty sleep all services and shops/bars/restaurants have during 13:00-16:00. It’s summer, peak season and all these people close for a beauty sleep for 3 hours. I don’t understand also why the pool is closed as well. The slot of 13:00-16:00 is actually the only time you may go to the pool because the rest of the time you will go to the beach. The area of Torre Vado is not worth at all. And this Maldives di Salento is far from Maldives beaches. The sea becomes very dirty after 11:00 with all packaging junk. NO wifi in the apartment! Seriously in which era do you live in?! This is a basic service that has to be offered to customers. Hanging around at the reception for wifi is out if question!

Miramare sul serio
Pros:

A due passi dal mare. Per evitare di prendere la macchina e cercare parcheggio la strutturette a disposizione una navetta che ogni 10minuti ti porta in spiaggiae ti riporta nel residence.
Il nostro appartamento davvero bello, con vista mare. Molto silenzioso e dotato di tutti i confort basilari. La proprietà molto disponibile. Lo consiglio sopratutto alle famiglie.
