便利な立地で快適なお部屋。もっと滞在したいホテルでした

おしゃれでスタイリッシュなお部屋でした。
お風呂とトイレが別々の作りでとても使いやすかったです。子連れでの滞在でしたので家のお風呂と同じように使えて良かったです。
アメニティも良い香りで使用感の良いものが準備されており気持ちよく使えました。

Cons:

繁華街にあるホテルのため、夜遅くまでホテル近くの公園で騒ぐ人の声やパトカーのサイレン等が聞こえました。

Cons:

I want to complain that the building and plaza was closed from Feb 16-18 for annual check up and nothing to eat downstairs at hotel. Hotel staff did not inform us when we checked in on Sunday Feb 15 .

I had a 3 kg package delivered at front desk and contacted front desk and a female reception staff answered the phone and refused to bring package to room for guests and requested guests to come down to pick up. Also the same female staff refused to print out restaurant’ s map for guests to show to taxi drivers .

Put a note on door to notify cleaning crew to just dispose garbage and change towels. Towels were changed but garbage not disposed for 4 days!!!

The accommodation is excellent. I will definitely come back again.
Pros:

1. The room’s interior design is perfectly done — from the furniture placement and color scheme to the lighting and materials used. Everything is excellent.
2. The cleanliness standards are excellent.
3. The location is excellent.

Cons:

The air conditioner is very difficult to adjust. If it’s not too hot, then there’s no airflow at all.
