Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Personal während dem Frühstück waren nicht besonders aufgestellte Personen. Kein Guten Morgen, kein Lächeln. Meist ein eher grimmiges Gesicht. Auch die Dame an der Reception war nicht besonders freundlich. Schade.
Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.

Sehr schönes Ambiente in den Zimmern..und im gesammten Hotel..
Super Frühstück, freundliches Personal..

Cons:

Die Strasse war am Morgen sehr, sehr laut. Ab 5 Uhr konnten wir nur noch mit geschlossenem Fenster weiter schlafen..
Es lohnt sich, ein Zimmer auszusuchen, welches nicht zur Strasseseite liegt.

Pros:

The entire hotel is in great condition! The old charme has been maintained and integrates with elements of more modern design. The spa, pool, garden and entire outdoor area is amazing!! Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, really! My mattress was a bit too soft so I suffered a bit but this is really subjective

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und stilvoll ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben prima geschlafen. Wir haben die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohlfühlhotel in Zernez mit allem Komfort
Pros:

Wir wurden äusserst herzlich begrüsst. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll - v.a. der Frühstücksaal ist eindrücklich - das Buffet bietet alles, was man für einen guten Tag in der Engadiner Bergwelt braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der der frisch eröffnete Wellness-Bereich - der Pool und der Liegebereich sind zum Wohlfühlen. Und wer gerne Tennis spielt, findet einen eigenen Tennisplatz vor. Super!

Topp!
Pros:

Der gesamte Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben den Wellnessbereich äusserst als sehr gepflegt und sauber wahrgenommen und die Einteilung der verschiedenen Bereichen ist topgewählt. Auch das Hotel selber hat uns sehr gefallen mit der gesamten Einrichtung.
Das Gastgeberehepaar ist zuvorkommend freundlich wie auch das gesamte Personal.
Sehr empfehlenswert - topp!

Cons:

Da das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstrasse steht muss man mit leichter bis höherer Lärmimmissionen rechnen.
