Das beste Hotel wo ich bis jetzt war! Und ich war in einigen!

EINFACH ALLES!!!
Die Menschen waren sehr sehr Gastfreundlich und Hilfsbereit! Sie reden mit einem und sind sehr Respektvoll! Alle Lächeln dich an wenn du hinein läufst! Ich kann es nur Weiterempfehlen! Saubere Zimmer und schön Gerichtet! Man fühlt in 2 Sekunden wohl und Willkommen! Werde wieder kommen!

Tout est parfait seul petit mais très petit bémol tous les documents sont en allemand et il serait souhaitable d’avoir également l’anglais

Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundlicher Personal in allen Bereichen. Sehr schöne Wellness Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit gepflegten Details. Trotz der zentralen Lage an einer Durchfahrt Strass war es sehr ruhig. Gratis Parkplatz

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum könnte mit z.B. Unterteil Elementen netter gestaltet werden. Der grosse offene Raum ist nicht sehr attraktiv.

Wunderschöne Oase in Zernez mit Stil
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne Oase inmitten Zernez. Man merkt, dass jemand mit einem Auge für Innenarchitektur hier am Werk war. Sehr gastfreundlich und persönlich wurden wir jeweils begrüsst, tolles kleines SPA mit wunderschönem Garten, Zimmer zum wohlfühlen, super feines grosses Frühstücksbuffet (auf Wunsch wurde uns sogar extra früher Frühstück zubereitet, weil wir an einem Bikerennen teilgenommen haben), einfach spitzenmässig. Danke!

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn es ein Bikekeller geben würde. Die Garage wird nicht abgeschlossen und hat kaum geeigneten Platz das Bike abzustellen.
Bei uns ist irgendwie drei Mal jemand vom Personal aus Versehen ins Zimmer gekommen, obwohl wir noch nicht ausgecheckt haben um 9:00 Uhr. Das war etwas unangenehm, da wir noch am Packen waren und das Check Out erst um 10:00 Uhr stattfindet.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Personal während dem Frühstück waren nicht besonders aufgestellte Personen. Kein Guten Morgen, kein Lächeln. Meist ein eher grimmiges Gesicht. Auch die Dame an der Reception war nicht besonders freundlich. Schade.
Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.
