Pros:

All of staff (check-in, restaurant server, and cleaning)was simply amazing, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Liz was exceptional.

Cons:

Loved everything just wish nights were a little lower and a bit more lightning in the room.

Pros:

Loved this place. Front desk staff was super friendly and extremely accommodating, Place was immaculate and bed was sooooo comfortable. Our omelets at The Palms Restaurant were delicious. Our server Karen was excellent and so sweet.

Pros:

The hotel itself was decent, clean room, friendly staff.

Cons:

Winter time its cold in Lobby and the indoor pool area was super cold, door on side was even frozen. The water in pool was warm so you could still swim but inside the area needs some kind of insulation. When you got in the elevator, it was cold too.

Pros:

Staff members are very kind and helpful, room is clean, there is a restaurant downstairs which is a lifesaver during a snow storm.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Location. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful for the most part

Cons:

Pool was too cold to even use the 1st night, 2nd night was warmer but children wound up with some type of chemical burns. After being told no dogs, room down the hall had 3 large dogs, uncontrollable to owner and barking quite a bit.All accessible rooms had 1 king bed only- not usable for families. Housekeeping didn’t clean floors (vacuum or mop) until special request made.
