Kamer stond naar sigarettenrook, geen compensatie ontvangen.
Pros:

Het hotel had een voor ons ideale locatie

Cons:

De kamer stonk verschrikkelijk naar sigarettenrook. Er had overduidelijk iemand in de kamer / badkamer gerookt.
Toen ik dat 's morgens meldde leek de receptie daarvan op de hoogte te zijn, maar werd geen compensatie aangeboden.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Great staff and restaurant/bkfst on site. Good location
Pros:

The staff, the complementary tea and coffee and the room was comfortable. Excellent meal at the bistro belge. Also the water fountain in the hallways.

Verbluffend goed. Warm ontvangst met heerlijke warme drank.
Pros:

De kamer voor invaliden was mooi ruim en de badkamer zag er goed uit. Een verbeterpunt wellicht: een armsteun bij de douche zelf. De stoel is gebruikt en was zeer praktisch.

Pros:

Room, cleanliness, staff, the free coffee and water are very satisfying. Easy to check in. Parking space very easy.

Cons:

Unexpectedly hot weathers, it was tough to manage the heating (cooling) of the room, mostly too cold, but if turned off, too hot. Cannot blame the hotel, the only inconvenience we had.
