Highly recommend anyone visiting beautiful Cappadocia to consider Maccan Cave Hotel
Pros:

Cozy Hotel with amazing staff - Max, in particular went above and beyond in ensuring that we were provided with all the comforts to make your stay brilliant. The views were amazing and uninterrupted unlike many of the other properties in the area

Cons:

More meal options/Room service, although the hotel offered a link to delivery from local restaurants. The choices though were limited

Pros:

Well presented room. We had the Superior Cave room in the basement. Well ventilated the overnight room temperature was 21 while it was 6 degrees outside. Bathroom was amazing. Close to town and lots of eating options. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant.

Pros:

We've got an actual cave room, great in the morning as there is hardly any light come in the room. The hotel locate high up, they had a top floor terrace, 360 view of the town. Also, nice breakfast.

Romantico e suggestivo
Pros:

Molto suggestivo il contesto, la stanza con arco stile cava con letto grande e comodo, la terrazza sul tetto per ammirare il panorama delle mongolfiere all’alba, la colazione varia e tradizionale turca ma con possibilità (con un piccolo extra) di avere un ottimo cappuccino con caffè espresso. Possibilità di prenotare le escursioni con pick up in reception.

Cons:

In reception l’addetto parlava poco in inglese e non era molto Smart nell’uso del pos per i pagamenti e in generale per l’organizzazione del check in e del check out. Sarebbe davvero top se fosse possibile avere il bar aperto all’alba per potersi scaldare con un tè o un caffè mentre si ammirano le mongolfiere. E sarebbe stato carino se avessero avuto premura di farci trovare i cuscini sul divano e sulle poltrone in terrazza per poter stare seduti mentre volano le mongolfiere invece che restare più di un’ora in piedi.

Fantastisk utsikt, hyggelig personale, perfekt beliggenhet for å oppleve luftballongene.
Pros:

Koselig rom med stort bad. Rent og pent overalt. Vi var de siste gjestene søndag morgen og ble servert et hav av tyrkisk frokost :-) Veldig hyggelige og service innstilt personale.
Hotellet har en fantastisk utsikt over byen både fra frokostsalen og takterrassen. Her får du med deg hele luftballong oppslippet med 360 graders view.
Det er kun 5 min å gå ned til byen.

My stay at the Maccan Cave Hotel was delightful.
Pros:

Mert was so kind from the moment I arrived. He helped with everything from booking the Green tour to recommending other activities and restaurants. The hotel had a great viewpoint to watch the balloons too and the breakfast was delicious!

Excellent location that provides a sweeping view of the whole town, and also very convenient for a walk around and out of town. The rooms feel authentic, cozy, and the staff is very helpful as well. The lovely rooftop area is the cherry on top for those who travel as couple.

L'hotel si è comportato benissimo con noi che abbiamo sbagliato le date di prenotazione e ci ha spostato di un mese il soggiorno senza chiedere nulla in più. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo questa disponibilità. La nostra stanza era piccola ma sufficiente

Nella struttura manca un vero spazio comune dove poter stare a leggere o scrivere. C'è la zona colazione che è una terrazza vetrata ma tutti gli altri spazi sono all'aperto ed il tempo non era bello. La colazione i primi 2 giorni era servita al tavolo ,molto ricca e varia, l'ultimo giorno è stata a buffet ed è andato molto meglio. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile

Amazing 10/10 would recommend
Pros:

Amazing stay at this hotel! Perfect location to walk to the main high street/ restaurants and amazing sunrise view. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate especially Mert who looked after us the entire stay, gave us everything we needed and great recommendations for our balloon tour and horse riding, he made our trip amazing! Thank you Mert:) Highly recommend staying here when in Capadocia. Rooms were incredibly clean and bath was huge, breakfast was also delicious!
