Tuve una mala experiencia , me levanté con picaduras de chinches , poco después de volver a mi país de origen fue al médico y me confirmó que se trataba de eso ..Lo comenté con el alojamiento, pero me comenta que otros viajeros no han reportado ninguna incidencia por lo que me da la sensación de que piensan que me lo estoy inventando…..espero que se tenga en cuenta para futuros huéspedes

Pros:

La Terrazza e la posizione della struttura. La disponibilità e l'accoglienza della Signora addetta alla reception. La possibilità di comprare i biglietti per l'escursione mattutina sulle mongolfiere direttamente in hotel.

Cons:

L'aver dovuto attendere, dopo l'esperienza molto mattuitina dell'Hot Ballon Tour, l'orario della colazione per poter bere un semplice caffé. Sentirsi rispondere che, per poter avere un caffé, dovevamo attendere che arrivasse l'orario della colazione non è stato simpatico.

Great Location and beautiful views.
Pros:

The hotel is very well maintained, im a great location. Rose, the receptionist is s very helpful and helped me to get a ballon flight, as my ballon flight was cancelled due to sheathed conditions. Breakfast is also very good.

Very relaxing, quiet and lovely stay, with breathtaking views of the hot air balloon flights.
Pros:

The room was lovely, spacious and beautiful decoration. The terrace had an amazing view of the balloons in the morning and was far enough out of town that it was very quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and attentive - booking airport transfers for us both for arrival and departure. Bonus that there was a family of kittens living on the property and were very cute!

Cons:

There were just some small things that i would have expected to be a bit better for the price. The rain shower didn't have any way to turn it on, only the telephone shower head worked. The bed was an XL/King size bed but i think the duvet was only a queen so it didn't fully cover the bed. The breakfast had a lot available but mainly just cheese and bread so not a large array like meats, eggs, fruit. Wifi only worked in the rooms, not in the breakfast area or the rooftop terrace.

レストランが高額な地域なので朝食付きは有り難い
ジャムは手作りっぽいです

従業員からGood morningと挨拶をしない人もいる

朝食で卵を食べるなら別注文は驚いた

石灰が多い水なのかシャワーのヘッドが目詰まりしていて使いにくかった
