Struttura nel centro di Goreme, perfetta per girarla a piedi e per le visite nei maggiori siti d’interesse.

We loved the hospitality of the people there who accommodated our early arrival and early check out. Since we weren't able to enjoy breakfast on the last day, they packed sandwiches and fruit juices for us. The room itself was huge and great value for money. The terrace view was great as well, as the hotel was perched high up.

Buena ubicación para moverse por Göreme, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que hay algunas cuestas. Nuestra habitación cueva era pequeña, pero el baño bastante amplio.
La primera tarde llovía y no pudimos hacer mucho, así que nos quedamos en la terraza cubierta. Pedimos un té y tuvieron el detalle de invitarnos, algo que agradecimos.
Nuestra experiencia no terminó de cumplir las expectativas teniendo en cuenta la puntuación del hotel. El desayuno empieza a las 8:00, algo tarde teniendo en cuenta los horarios de las actividades, y nos pareció poco variado.
Las terrazas tampoco se corresponden del todo con las fotografías: esperábamos una decoración mucho más cuidada y fue uno de los motivos principales por los que elegimos este hotel.
La habitación cueva era muy pequeña, sin apenas luz, se escuchaba bastante el ruido exterior ya que daba a la calle , la cama era antigua y hacía mucho ruido, y la conexión wifi funcionaba bastante mal.
Por último, nos decepcionó especialmente la atención al preguntar por el traslado al aeropuerto. Al explicar que necesitábamos salir con más antelación por si surgía algún imprevisto durante el trayecto, la respuesta fue simplemente que, si no nos servía el horario, contratásemos un transfer privado, cuya diferencia era de unos 60 €. Echamos en falta algo más de empatía y ayuda para buscar una alternativa.
En general, esperábamos más del alojamiento teniendo en cuenta las fotografías y las valoraciones que tiene.
Struttura molto carina, un tipico cave hotel con tanti spazi comuni all'aperto con viste panoramiche ed aree relax. Stanza confortevole. Colazione super abbondante.

La chambre etait creusée dans la roche, grande, le lit confortable.
La salle de bain comportait un petit hammam.
Le petit déjeuner etait très bon et copieux et la vue depuis la terrasse très belle, parfaite pour voir les montgolfières.
