Couple of nights in Perth
Pros:

Staff were great and the bar and pool was good while we were there, plenty close buy if you want to explore or get dinner outside the hotel. Room has all the latest tech but is a bit of a trech to walk to (old buildings for you) overall great stay.

Cons:

Would me nice for a room that didn't require a maze to get there but it's an old building so it's to be expected.

Good stop off point for a night, ideal for Edinburgh airport less than hour away.

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel was close to the town centre. Our room (16) and bathroom was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, mini fridge and toiletries included. Breakfast was great with a good choice of cereals, toast, yoghurt etc. if you didn't want a cooked breakfast. Staff were lovely and very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I was visiting Perth.

Would have been great if we were able to have evening meals as we not that fit to walk a distance into centre of town.
Pros:

Bar very nice and staff very friendly

Cons:

Disappointing that restaurant was out of commission the 3 days we stayed, breakfast was served but, no dinner at night which we looked forward to not having to go back out at night. I had checked they done food for celiacs so that my husband could safely enjoy his food. No information about this until we arrived.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Location was good. Car parking. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Very strong damp smell going on the side door. Our room definitely did not resemble any of the photos and we looked onto a roof next door. Breakfast was ok but could do with better produce

An excellent hotel with a very friendly owner
Pros:

A Friendly welcome on arrival. Nothing was a problem for the staff. Rooms very beautifully decorated to the highest spec and very comfy

Great place to stay, 10-15 min walk to centre
Pros:

In a good location, room clean, fair size. Staff lovely, checked us in early which was great. Liked how you wrote down what you wanted for cooked breakfast the day before

Cons:

Down side for breakfast was the cooked one came out before we had the chance to finish cereal etc. Even just delay for about 10mins
