The box springs for a bed, the constant toilet running, the smell. The thin blankets, the scratchy sheets.

My room was already prepaid, when I got there to check inn, the front desk guy charged me an extra $40 for a “convenience fee” 😞

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
No stores within walking distance. Ice machine doesn't work.
No breakfast offered, front desk provided a small coffee pot but, we had to ask.
Front desk was a small teller window. Did not supply a room key. The front desk let us in each time we left the room so, we felt the need to load our luggage and take any valuables with us on our outings. Appeared permanent residents were hanging out front. Heard loud conversations late at night.

The room was clean
I was put in a smoking room since they had no double rooms left, although my reservation was for a non-smoking double room......I'm allergic to smoke and use a CPAP at night and it was horrible 🤢, I didn't sleep well at all.....it took a day to get the smoke smell out of my machine 😭...

A little bit far from the city centre, and the owner requested me to pay an additional fee of 20 dollars for the service room, which confused me because it was not mentioned when I booked on Booking.com.
